水泥稳定碎石混合料配合比设计及路用性能研究

【摘要】 由于水泥稳定碎石混合料对温度和湿度的变化比较敏感,所以在温度和湿度变化的作用下容易产生收缩裂缝,而且这种裂缝往往是道路发生病害的根源。针对这个问题,本文查阅了大量国内外文献,了解了相关的研究情况和动态。在对水泥稳定碎石混合料的组成和强度形成机理分析的基础上,认为混合料的综合路用性能受集料组成结构的影响较为突出。因此,本文从集料的级配设计入手,粗集料采用逐级振动填充的设计方法,使其形成内摩阻力较大的骨架结构,细集料则采用级配计算方法,使其形成比较密实的结构。再把密实的细集料填充到具有骨架结构的粗集料中,最终形成一种骨架密实结构的混合料。在室内试验室,对骨架密实结构和规范级配中值的两种水泥稳定碎石混合料在力学性能、抗冻性能、抗冲刷性能、抗收缩性能和抗疲劳性能等方面做了对比,前者在各个方面都要优于后者,特别在抗收缩性能方面较为突出。另外,对它们还进行了试验路研究,研究的结果进一步论证了室内试验的结论。结合室内外的研究成果,可以得出骨架密实结构的水泥稳定碎石混合料具有良好的路用性能。

【Abstract】 Cement stabilizing aggregate mixture easily produces the shrinkage crack owing to the fact that it is very sensitive under the effect of temperature or humidity change. In view of this, this paper has realized the research situations and trends of home and abroad about this problem by consulting a large number of international documents. Based on studying composition and intensity mechanism of cement stabilizing aggregate mixture, test considers that influencing factor that aggregate composition to pavement performance of mixture is primary. Therefore, text begins from designing aggregate composition, the contriving method of coarse aggregate uses gradual vibrating fill, making it forming a skeleton frame that having stronger inherent resistance, the grade of fine aggregate is calculated by I way, making it forming density frame. At last, its form skeleton-density frame after combining coarse aggregate and fine aggregate. Through testing indoor, text studied pavement performance of skeleton-density frame and specification gradation, including mechanical performance, anti-freezing performance, anti-brushing performance, anti-shrinking performance and anti-fatigue performance. Skeleton-density frame is better than specification gradation in any facets, anti-shrinking performance is better than others. On the side, the result of study test road validated conclusion from studying indoor. Generally, cement stabilizing aggregate mixture of skeleton-density frame has better pavement performance.
