电喷发动机故障模拟试验台传感器信号采集系统开发研究

【摘要】 电控燃油喷射式发动机(后简称电喷发动机)故障模拟试验台是利用软件与硬件相结合的方法对电喷发动机常见传感器信号进行采集、模拟与替代,可实现电喷发动机故障模拟与再现,对于电喷发动机故障机理分析、诊断以及教学试验等方面都是十分有意义的。 本文在论述了电喷发动机工作原理的基础上,针对目前电喷发动机所采用的各类传感器,详细分析了其结构、原理、信号特点及可能发生的常见故障,并以此为依据,提出了电喷发动机各类传感器信号采集和故障模拟的思路及传感器信号采集的实现方法;完成了各类传感器信号采集前端处理电路的设计。应用研华PCI1712高速数据采集卡和美国NI公司的LabVIEW软件实现了电喷发动机各种传感器波形的采集和显示,为下一步实现电喷发动机故障的模拟与再现研究提供了必要的条件;研究结果对电喷发动机故障诊断设备的开发具有一定的指导意义。本采集系统所采集的电喷发动机传感器信号波形经与TDS3014B形数字示波器所显示的波形对比基本一致,完全能够满足电喷发动机故障模拟试验台对传感器信号采集的要求。
【Abstract】 The experimental rig of failure simulation for EFI engine utilizes the way of a combination of hardware and software for acquirement and simulation and substitute of the EFI engine’s sensor. It could achieve the simulation and recurrence for the EFI engine’s failure. At the same time, it has very important meaning for the EFI engine’s failure analysis and diagnosis, teaching and experimentation.This paper expounds in details the structure, principles, signal’s characteristic, common troubles of the sensors using on the EFI engine, to be based on discussing the working principles of the EFI engine. According to this , it introduces the signal acquired of sensor and the method of malfunction simulation. In the meantime, this paper also introduces the method of the signal acquired of sensor and completes the design of managed-circuits ahead of the sensor’s signal acquired. By using of the PCI1712 high-speed acquired card of the ADVANTECH and the LabVIEW of theNational Instruments Co, it achieves acquired and display of wave-forms of EFIr":engine’s sensors. The result of this research has certain significance for the exploitation of failure analysis equipment. The paper gives the necessary qualification for the simulation and recurrence of the malfunction of EFI engine. The acquired wave-forms of engine’s sensors using of this system is consistent with the display of TDS3014B digital oscillograph. It fulfils the needs for the signal acquired of sensor of the experimental rig of failure simulation for EFI engine.
