交通运输价值系数研究

【摘要】 随着社会、经济的发展,我国交通运输业出现了前所未有的发展势头,逐步建立铁路、公路、水路、航空和管道在内几种运输方式协调发展、合理分工、优势互补的综合运输体系。但是,目前交通运输业仍然不能适应国民经济和社会发展的需要,发展中存在着许多亟待解决的问题。本文通过对运输价值和运输经济成本的分析,尝试着对运输价值、运输经济成本进行量化测算,并提出运输系统价值系数,即运输价值系数是运输的价值消耗与其为社会所提供的使用价值或效用之间的关系,评价运输方式的适度性,以及运输方式的合理、优化问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of society and economy, our transportation and traffic develops greatly, and several transportation measures, including railway, highway, water carriage and aviation act, develops harmony. Nowadays our country has already built up the integrated rational transportation system. But our transportation industry can’t adapt county economy and society development requirement. Though the analysis of transportation value and economy cost, the paper tries to give measure for them, and uses theory of transportation value modulus to appraise transportation measures moderation and it’s optimize problem.更多还原
