工型组合梁桥耐荷能力及加固研究

【摘要】 本篇论文是在当前我国交通建设事业迅猛发展,公路交通运输量大幅度增长的背景下,针对我国旧桥的现状,为了加强对公路桥梁的养护、维修、加固和改造的工作,提高旧桥的承载能力和行车性能,延长其服务年限的目标而进行的研究。本论文研究的目标是将建于1968年的沈阳市沈环线新革大桥原设计汽车—13级,拖车—60级的荷载标准提高到满足汽车——20级、挂车——100级的荷载要求。研究方法主要是通过对该桥进行静、动荷载试验以及承载力评定,作为指导该旧桥进行加固改造的依据,在此基础上提出合理的加固改造方案,并根据相应桥梁设计规范,运用有限元结构分析通用程序和专用程序对加固后结构承载力分析验算,保证方案能够满足安全、经济等方面的要求。在内容上,按照对桥梁上部承重结构进行“桥梁承载力试验研究——桥梁承载力分析计算——加固对策分析——加固后承载力验算”的步骤以及绪论和结束两部分共分为六章。这项研究的意义在于:从微观角度看,通过对以上各方面理论、技术的吸收、消化和运用解决了一系列实际问题;从宏观角度看,通过这些研究,总结出一套简便、可行的桥梁检测、评估、加固方法,为我国与之类似的大量即将进入和已经进入维修期的公路桥梁的养护和加固改造工作提供了一个技术上可行,经济上合理的良好范例。

【Abstract】 The situation, which the infrastructure of highway is rapidly developing and road transportation is growing with a great extent in China nowadays is the background of this thesis. The object of study is to enhance maintaining, strengthening and reconstruction of old bridges, improve bearing-capacity and the performance of vehicle, prolong its working fixed number of year according to the actual old bridges state of affairs. Improving the original design load of automobile 13 grade and truck 60 grade to the new load automobile 20 grade and trailer 100 grade of Xinge great bridge built in 1968, Shenyang By-pass Road is the purpose of this article.The scheme of strengthening guidance in is selected according to system assessment and analysis on field static and dynamic load tests of bridge, theoretical analysis, numerical value calculation. The scheme is ultimately confirmed after some parameters comparison of two different ways in light of characteristics, such as feasibility in technology and rational in economy. In order to meet the require of safety and economy, the scheme is analysed and calculated based on some quite essential theoretic foundation, the prime emphasis of the thesis is that the complex analyzing of bridge structure has been accomplished by using structural analysis program for general purpose and structural analysis program for expert purpose according to correlation of technique project criterion. The thesis is composed of six chapters, experiment of load test research, structural analysis before retrofit, compare of consolidation scheme, bear weight of calculation after retrofit, introduction and conclude. The significance of the research has two aspects. So far as the microcosmic aspect concerned, the applications of theory and technology mentioned above have been carefully studied, in company with a series of actual problems solved. In the generally speaking, the thesis offers a right pattern which is feasible in technical and rational in economy according to correlation of technique project criterion during the maintain period that a great deal of highway bridge is about to enter into or having entered into.
