基于参数辨识的智能压路机振频系统PID控制器设计

【摘要】 随着高新技术向工程机械领域的渗透和振动压实理论的逐步完善以及新的压实技术和控制技术在压路机中的应用,智能型振动压路机的研制逐渐成为压实机械领域中的焦点。本文正是针对智能型振动压路机的振频控制系统而作,作为控制系统方案设计的基础,首先分析了振动频率对振动效果的影响。在分析智能振动压路机振频液压系统的基础上,建立了系统的数学模型,然后利用最小二乘法辨识出系统的参数,以辨识的模型为基础来优化设计系统的PID参数。选择了遗传算法作为参数设计的最终方法。最后,用Matlab/Simulink对系统模型进行仿真,来验证方法的可行性。尽管由于课题的前沿性和时间的限制,本文对智能型振动压路机振频控制系统PID控制器的设计还没有应用到实际工程中去,但通过理论分析与仿真计算证明该设计是可行的。
【Abstract】 As the new technology penetrates into the realm of Construction Machinery and the vibratory compaction theory slowly has been perfected and with the application of the new compaction technology and the advanced control technology to the roller, the research of intelligent vibratory roller becomes the focus of the Compaction Machinery. This paper just aims at the frequency control system of intelligent vibratory roller. The paper analyses the various vibratory frequency affecting the compaction, which acts as the basis of the control project of the control system. It analyses vibration hydraulic system of intelligent vibratory roller and builds the maths model of the system. Then, identifying the parameters of the system through least squares and at the same time, optimizing the Proportional-Integral-Differential (PID) parameters by the maths model which has been identified. The paper choose GA(Genetic Algorithms) as the algorithms optimizing the parameters. The result of simulation describes promoting ability of control and the robust of system .Because of the innovation and the time limit, in the paper, the designing PID parameters of the vibration system of the intelligent vibratory roller is still not profound and detail enough and still expect to be improved.
