多孔混凝土基层沥青路面结构设计方法研究

【摘要】 本文利用三维有限元方法,分析有沥青面层多孔混凝土基层的荷载应力和温度应力,研究面层厚度、多孔混凝土基层厚度及模量、地基模量对荷载应力和温度应力的影响。利用三维有限元方法,分析基层缩缝处沥青面层荷载应力、温度应力、荷载和温度耦合应力。分析水在基层内的流动状态及排除过程、排水系统设置场合、排水基层最小厚度计算方法。提出多孔混凝土基层沥青路面的概率型结构设计方法。综合应力分析、结构计算和路面排水分析两方面要求,得出多孔混凝土基层所需的最小厚度;根据控制反射裂缝出现得出沥青面层的合理厚度。

【Abstract】 The base’s load stress and the base’s thermal stress of asphalt pavement with porous concrete base are calculated and analyzed by three-dimensional finite element method in this paper, and the influence of correlated factors ,such as surface course’s thickness、 base’s thickness and modulus、 foundation’s modulus, is analyzed. The load stress、 the thermal stress and the coupled stress of asphalt pavement with the location of joint of porous concrete base are calculated and analyzed by three-dimensional finite element method in this paper. Both flow’s regime and drainage’s process in the base are analyzed, and installation spots of drainage system are illustrated , and computation method of permeable base’s minimum thickness value is showed. A probabilistic method of structure design of asphalt pavement with porous concrete base is put forward. Integrating with stress analysis、 structural computation and drainage analysis, minimum thickness value of porous concrete base is calculated; Based on the analysis of reflective cracking occurrence and development, the reasonable thickness of asphalt surface can be found.
