半连通钢管混凝土柱芯钢管角节点模型试验研究

【摘要】 钢管混凝土这种全新的结构形式以其优越的力学性能和良好的经济效益,自上个世纪80年代在我国高层建筑中采用以来,得到了迅速的发展,尤其是近几年其发展趋势更是迅猛,然而梁柱连接的节点问题却成为工程应用中的难点,制约了其进一步的推广使用。尽管目前已有的节点形式不下十几种,然而成熟的节点型式并不多,本文在总结国内外现有钢管混凝土柱—钢筋混凝土梁节点优缺点的基础上,继“芯钢管连接的钢管混凝土中柱节点试验研究”和“新型钢管混凝土柱—芯钢管边节点的试验研究”之后,针对不连通的边节点试验研究中提出的改进策略,设计了半连通的芯钢管角节点,这种节点的主要特点是在梁柱相交处的钢管壁上开梁洞口,节点区柱钢管内设置芯钢管,并在芯管外柱钢管内侧配置环向和竖向钢筋,形成约束混凝土,以此来弥补节点区钢管混凝土柱因开梁洞口而造成的轴向承载力的损失,达到节点更强的目的,钢筋混凝土梁纵筋直接绕过芯钢管贯通节点或锚固在节点区的混凝土中。 本文通过2个钢管混凝土角节点模型的试验和有限元仿真分析,对这种节点形式的可行性、基本力学性能、破坏形态等进行了较为全面的研究。结果表明该节点形式具有良好的力学性能,完全满足“强柱、弱梁、节点更强”的抗震设计要求,模型试件的最终破坏源于钢管混凝土柱的破坏,钢筋混凝土梁的破坏对节点核心区的影响不大,节点破坏时核心区部分大多还处于弹性状态,承载力还有较大的增长潜力;由于在节点核心区配置了芯钢管、竖向及环向钢筋,柱钢管上开梁洞口,没有影响钢管混凝土柱的连续性,节点的受力状况得以大大改善,弥补了钢管开洞口造成的节点承载力的损失。 节点承载力可以直接采用叠加法进行计算,方便易行;由于构造简单,梁钢筋可以直接穿过或锚固在节点核心区的混凝土中,因此具有较大的节点刚度,并可采用传统的施工工艺进行施工,可以在实际工程中推广使用。

【Abstract】 Concrete Filled Steel Tubular (CFST) structure has been developed rapidly in China since it was adopted in high-rise buildings in the 1980s last century because of its outstanding mechanical properties and good societal and economic beneficial results, especially in recent years. However, the problem of column-beam joint becomes difficulties in use, and restricts development of CFST to go step further. Even though ten or more types connections were put forward before, mature types of joints are also few. A new type CFST column and reinforced concrete beam corner joint, that is half-continuous joint is designed on the base of analysis advantages and disadvantages of column-beam joints at present, and it is modification of discontinuous side column-beam joint. The research in this article is based on CFST column middle joints research connected by core steel tube and new type CFST joints-side column joints research connected by core steel tube. The characters of new half-continuous joint are that the column is holed at the place of beam, and core steel tube, ring and vertical steel bar is placed in the zone of joint in order to strengthen the joint, while the longitudinal steel bars of beams go though the joint or are anchored in the concrete of the core zone.Through carrying out the module experiments and finite element analysis of two corner column-beam joints, the feasibility, basic mechanical properties and destroy patterns are researched. The results indicate that the new type joint has good mechanical properties, meets the demands of seismic design, that is strong column, weak beam, stronger joint. The finally destruct of model is caused by the CFST column, and the destruct of RC beams have little influences to the core zone of the joint. The most of joint core zone are still in elastic state when the model is destroyed, and the bearing capacity of joint has surplus. The hole has no influence to the continuity of the CFST column since the existence of core steel tube, ring and vertical steel bars, and the condition of joint is greatly improved.The bearing capacity of joint can be calculated by the method of superposition, and it is easy. Since the longitudinal steel bars of beams go though the joint or are anchored in the concrete of the core zone, the construction of joint is simple and the joint has big rigidity. The new type joint can be constructed with traditional construction method, and it can be adopted by reality engineering projects.
