压实度计及其试验研究

【摘要】 本文首先介绍了目前道路质量检测的方法及其不足,分析了国内外压实度计的研究和发展情况,论证了开发具有自主知识产权的压实度计产品的必要性。在查阅国内外一百多篇相关文章的基础上,确定了压实度计的结构组成,对振动压路机压实度计的原理分析,确定了土壤的压实度与振动压路机振动轮上激振信号存在相关关系。运用信号分析与处理理论,对振动轮上激振信号进行了分析和处理,根据实际施工工况确定了激振信号的采样频率、滤波器的类型及截至频率、窗函数的选取及频谱分析的算法——FFT算法,并应用FFT算法求出激振信号在振动压路机振动基频下的幅度值,提高了压实度计的准确性、可靠性,并在此基础上与国内生产厂家合作开发出压实度计样机。最后,通过大量的现场试验,对压实度计工作机理——幅值比值法和谐波比值法的可行性作了大量的分析工作,试验验证了采用幅值比值法得到的幅值比与实际检测的压实度值相一致,能反映出路基土壤的实际压实度,而且结论与理论分析相一致,并从试验中确定了采集激振信号传感器的最佳安装角度和位置。依据试验,给出了路基土壤压实度计的一次回归公式,根据此回归公式检测出的压实度值与实际环刀法测出压实度值相比,误差在5%以内,对压实度计早日实现其产品化具有一定的价值。

【Abstract】 The paper introduced the method of Density Meter on Road Bed and its defaults, based on the practical situation of China and demonstrated the essential functions of our proper-right general situation and development of Density-Meter system. Investigated hundreds of scientific research papers, the principles of Density-Meter are expounded in theory and practice, and the acceleration signals of vibrating front wheel are analyzed in order to achieve exact density value. Based on the theory of signal analysis, the style of noise, the sampling frequency, the style of wave filter, style of window function, arithmetic of frequency transform and FFT transform are all ascertained, and then the system of Density-Meter is produced with the company in China. In the last, plenty of local experiments are carried out, and some analysisabout the effects is made in different methods—breadth radio and harmony wave radio, validated that the method of breadth radio is a reliable method and effect is perfect, angle and situation of acceleration sensor are achieved at the same time. To the end, through the abundant comparative experiment, a formula of Density-Meter which can exactly calculate the density of compacted soil is offered, and result is below 5 percent. It is important to produce Density-Meter.
