斜拉桥索塔锚固区应力分析

【摘要】 本文以山东德州岔河大桥为依托,对斜拉桥索塔锚固区段进行了分析研究。德州岔河大桥是一座跨径90米独塔双索面预应力混凝土斜拉桥,其索塔锚固区段采用单箱单室预应力混凝土箱形结构。 本文阐述了环向预应力筋损失理论;对全桥做整体静力结构分析,进而利用大型有限元程序ANSYS对索塔锚固区段在实际工况下的应力分布做了仿真计算,得出了应力分布规律。对索塔锚固区段的简化计算模式做了初步探讨,分别用平面有限元模型、平面杆系有限元模型、空间有限元模型对该区段做模拟计算,提出相关建议。本文所得的分析结论可以为斜拉桥索塔锚固区段的设计、施工、监控提供参考。
【Abstract】 Based on ChaHe bridge of DeZhou, ShanDon, the stress of the cable tower anchorage zone of cable-stayed bridge is studied in detail. ShanDong DeZhou ChaHe bridge is a single-tower, double cable plane, prestressed concrete cable-stayed bridge, which span length is 90 meter and the cross-section of the tower anchorage zone is single-box, single-cell prestressed concret structure.This article firstly formulate theory of loss of circumferential prestressed reinforcement. Secondly, the whole bridge static structural analysis is studied. Using large-scale finite element analysis software, ANSYS, simulation calculation of the anchorage zone in reality work condition is done. So stress distribution is obtained, and the structure is demonstrated safety. At last, the simplified calculation model of the anchorage zone is initiative discussed. Using plane finite element mode, plane beam system finite element and space finite element, the anchorage zone is analog calculated and some related suggestion is represented. All the result are valuable to the design, construction, monitor and control of the cable tower anchorage zone of cable-stayed bridge.
