基于Visual Prolog语言的电喷发动机故障诊断系统的研究

【摘要】 人工智能主要研究如何用计算机来模仿和实现人类的智能行为。它是一个知识处理系统,它包括知识表示、知识利用和知识获取三个问题。诊断专家系统是其中的一个重要的分支。 本文介绍了逻辑程序设计语言——Prolog的程序结构、内部事实数据库及其搜索求解方法,并以实例说明了产生式系统的组成和控制策略。 Visual Prolog是国际上已经广泛流行的功能强大的通用智能化应用集成开发环境。在可视化编程环境Visual Development Environment(VDE)下,本文结合电喷发动机的维修特点,开发了基于Visual Prolog的电喷发动机故障诊断系统,完成了故障检测和维修系统的界面设计和程序源代码的编写。系统模拟现实的维修过程,为故障车建立维修档案,按照故障码提示进行检修。对于没有故障码提示的故障,采用排放分析法,根据尾气排放值进行模糊诊断。为常见故障提供一般的维修方法,并按故障发生率排序,指导维修。对于疑难故障,能添加检修步骤,扩充知识库。
【Abstract】 The main idea of AI is imitated and realizes the human intellectual behavior with the computer. AI system is a knowledge process system, it including three questions; they are knowledge representation, knowledge utilization and knowledge acquisition. Diagnostic expert system is an important branch of AI.This paper has introduced the logic programming language -Prolog including the basic program section, facts section and the method of searching for solutions. At same time, the paper has explained the architecture of production system and control strategy with the small example of IDENTIFIER.Visual Prolog has already become a widely used AI programming language in logic and international developing tools and environment, which is a powerful, general-purpose, intelligent and integrated visual studio. In according with the, Under the visual programming environmental VDE, this paper combines character of electronic-control engine maintenance, developed a diagnose expert system based on Visual Prolog, designed user interface of the diagnosis software and written source code. The system simulates maintenance process in the real world, file on the vehicle and follow the fault code prompt to examine and repair. If there’s no fault code appears, the system adopt the discharge analytic approach, diagnose fuzzily according to the discharging value of tail gas. The system can offer the general maintenance methods for common trouble, and arrange them in an order according to the trouble incidence, guiding maintenance. To the difficult trouble, the system can add the steps of overhauling, and expand the knowledge base.
