【摘要】 随着世界经济一体化和全球性农业革命的兴起,我国农业经济面临严峻的挑战。发展区域现代农业物流,推进区域农业物流服务业的发展,建立区域农业物流体系,改变农业产业结构,降低农业生产成本,促进农业专业化,保障农业资源优化配置,从而推动农业现代化的进程,提高我国农业产品在国际上的竞争优势,解决“三农”问题,意义重大。区域现代农业物流的发展还有利于发挥区域优势,增强区域间资源和信息交流,跨区域配置农业资源。 目前国内外对农业物流的单项研究尚少,本论文从农业物流理论基础着手进行研究,明确了农业物流相关的一些基本概念:农业物流、农产品物流、农业物流供应链、现代农业物流等;分析了现代农业物流的特性、功能;探讨了区域现代农业物流的框架结构和运作模式;并对我国现代农业物流供应链进行了重点分析。 结合区域物流理论,在国内外相关研究的基础上,论文还构建了我国区域现代农业物流体系,并对区域农业物流基础设施平台、区域农业物流信息平台、区域农业物流政策平台三个主要平台进行设计。 本论文对区域现代农业物流进行了一些探索性的研究,研究工作和研究结论对农业物流的进一步研究具有一定借鉴意义和参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Along with the development of economy and global agricultural revolution, agricultural economy is faced with baptism.It is great significative to develop regional modern agriculture logistics, advance the service of agriculture logistics, establish regional agriculture logistics system, alter the structure of agriculture, depress the cost of agricultural production, accelerate the specialization of agricultural production and optimize the distribution of agricultural resource. The development of regional modern agriculture logistics can promote inter-regional resource and information exchangement.Based on the theory of agriculture logistics, the thesis illustrates some concept, such as agriculture logistics, agriculture supply chain, modern agriculture logistics, and besides, the paper analyzes the characteristic and function of modern agriculture logistics, the structure and action mode of regional modern agriculture logistics, modern agriculture supply chain.Furthermore, the thesis erects a regional modern agriculture logistics system. Foundation platform, information platform and policy platform of regional agriculture logistics are discussed detailedly.The probing research about regional agriculture logistics might be significative to farther studies.更多还原
