热轧粗轧机组负荷分配优化系统

【摘要】 对粗轧机组轧制生产过程来说,如何确定轧制总道次数以及每道次的压下量是制定轧制规程的一个重要问题。合理的轧制规程在相同的工艺条件下,能更有效的利用设备能力,提高轧机的产量和产品的质量,并降低轧制能耗。 论文中介绍了国内某钢厂2050热轧厂工艺,并且分析了粗轧机组在现行的负荷分配制度下存在的实际问题,比如生产效率不高,轧机系统负荷波动大等。 针对上述的实际问题以及轧制过程的轧制特点,采用内外两层循环迭代的算法来分配粗轧机组的轧制规程。外层应用最大限度利用轧机能力法对总轧制道次数进行迭代求解,内层采用综合等负荷函数法对每个道次的压下量进行分配。 介绍了综合等负荷函数法的基本原理、计算方法、基本特点,通过调整综合等负荷系数C解决了该算法收敛的问题。 本系统采用了面向对象的方法进行分析和设计,增强了软件的稳定性、灵活性和易维护性,同时也增强了代码的可重用性。 对系统进行了理论探索,并联系实际,做了大量的运算,实例验证了系统的科学性、实用性和可靠性。
【Abstract】 As far as manufacturing process of rough rolling, how to figure out the number of total passes and low reduction every pass is an important item for establishing rolling schedules. In the same condition reasonable rolling schedules can utilize capability of facilities more effectively, improve production output of rolling machines and product quality, and lower energy consumption of rolling dramatically.Introducing technics of some hot rough mill in domestic, analyzing some problem in rough mill with actual load allocation. For example: low produce efficiency, big load fluctuate in rough mill.According to actual problem and the character in rough rolling process of some hot rough mill in domestic, double level repeating iterative algorithm is introduced to allocate rolling schedule of rough rolling. Extra level solves total number of passes iteratively in the way utilizing maximum rolling capability. Interior level solves load measure of per pass utilizing equal load function methodIntroducing basic theory, compute method, basic character of equal load function method. The constringency problem of the algorithm is settled by C which is the coefficient of equal load function methodThe system is analyzed and designed by objected-oriented method, so stability, agility and easy maintainability’ are strengthened and reusability of codes is boosted in the same time.By probing into the system theoretically and finishing a great deal of computation, scientificity, practicability and reliability of the system is proved by instance.
