Fe(Ⅲ)负载型螯合树脂吸附砷(Ⅴ)的研究

【摘要】 本文制备了Fe(Ⅲ)负载型螯合树脂并对其吸附砷(Ⅴ)进行了研究。在对已有的除砷方法进行分析、研究、探讨的基础上,提出了一种基于配体交换原理的固液分离除砷方法。实验以D401螯合树脂为骨架材料,并对其负载Fe(Ⅲ)进行改性,得到一种新型除砷吸附剂,用这种吸附剂可通过络合作用与水中的砷结合将砷除去。实验对这种新型除砷吸附剂的改性条件、除砷条件、干扰条件和洗脱条件进行了详细探讨。采用微柱进行装柱动态工艺条件实验,对不同流速和再生条件下的除砷效果进行了讨论。实验结果表明:Fe(Ⅲ)负载型螯合树脂能有效地把含砷量为1mg/L的水降至美国环保局最新标准0.01mg/L以下;吸附剂受pH的影响较小;对砷的选择性较高;水中常见离子对除砷效果影响很小;再生效果良好,洗脱率为94%,再生率达94.2%以上。吸附动力学研究表明:Fe(Ⅲ)负载型D401螯合树脂对水中砷的吸附速度符合鲛岛公式Aln A/(A-q)-q=-1+0.54x(第一阶段)和q=9.47+0.25lgt(第二阶段),对水中砷的吸附等温式符合Freundlich型,可表示为qe=0.3Ce0.524。并对动态吸附柱的吸附带下移速度、吸附带厚度、吸附柱总传质系数、吸附柱传质单元数和吸附柱动态吸附量进行了计算,表明其动态除砷效果良好。 实验研究表明:Fe(Ⅲ)负载型螯合树脂吸附微量砷(Ⅴ)的除砷方法具有除砷容量较大、对砷的选择性高、受pH的影响小、操作方便、不带入二次污染等优点,是一种很有发展前景的去除生活饮用水和工业废水中的微量砷的除砷方法。

【Abstract】 In this paper, Fe(Ⅲ)-loaded chelating resin was prepared and the research was focused on the adsorption of arsenic(Ⅴ) by Fe(Ⅲ)-loaded chelating resin. On the basis of a detail analysis and discussion of the existing methods of arsenic removal, a new method based on the theory of ligand exchange was discussed to remove arsenic. In this experiment, D401 chelating resin was chosen as the arsenic removal material. A kind of new arsenic removal material could be obtained by loading Fe3+ on the skeleton material. By the complexation of Fe3+ and arsenic, arsenic could be removed from water. Through experiments, the arsenic removal effect of the new arsenic removal material was discussed in detail under different conditions, such as active condition, arsenic removal condition, disturbing condition and eluting condition. A minitype adsorption column was used for technological experiment. The effects of arsenic removal under different velocities of flow and different regenerate times were discussed. The results of the experiments showed that this kind of new arsenic removal material could bring down the arsenic in water from 1mg/L to 0.01 mg/L. The pH value had a little interference for arsenic removal. It is also a highly arsenic selected agent. Other ions in water had little interference to its sound arsenic removal. Its regenerating effects are very ideal. The recycled rate can be up to 94% . Through the discussion of the adsorption of dynamics and mathematic model, it could be known that the adsorption of the arsenic in water with this active D401 chelating resin accorded with the formula of Jiaodao: Aln A / (A-q) -q=--1+0. 54x (the first phase) and q = 9. 47 + 0. 25 1gt(the second phase).The adsorption isotherm for the arsenicin water accorded with the formula of Freundlich qe = 0.3Ce0.524. Furthermore, wecalculated the down moving rate of adsorption band, the thickness of adsorption band, the total mass transfer coefficient and the number of transfer units of adsorption column and the dynamic adsorption quantity. The results showed that the effects of the dynamic arsenic removal were very ideal.Study in this paper shows that the prepared Fe(Ⅲ)-loaded chelating resin has obvious advantages. This kind of adsorption agent has a high arsenic removal capability and high arsenic(Ⅴ)-selectivity. The pH has little interference on it. Easily to handle and hardly to result in any sequential pollution is its obvious characteristics. It is a kind of prospective adsorption agent for arsenic removal from drinking water and industry waste water.
