永修县生态承载力和生态足迹的研究
Research on Ecological Carrying Capacity and Ecological Footprint of Yongxiu County

【摘要】 本文运用生态承载力和生态足迹的理论与方法,对江西省永修县的可持续发展进行了定量研究。 研究表明,永修县西部山区丘陵地区、东部平原地区和东部滨湖地区的植被净第一性生产力(NPP值)分别为12.18tDW/(hm~2.a)、12.21tDW/(hm~2.a)、11.94tDW/(hm~2.a),显示永修县的生态承载力在理论上是较高的,但生态环境强脆弱,生态环境抗逆能力差。各脆弱因子敏感程度由强到弱依次是:植被>地貌>气候>土壤>水文>地质。永修县生态环境脆弱性的主要表现是植被覆盖率和成效率不高,地形复杂,水土流失和洪涝灾害严重。 永修县耕地潜在生产力为14055.62kg/hm~2,现实生产力为6175kg/hm~2,还有56%的耕地生产潜力可以开发。但由于当地的生产力水平较低,水土流失和洪涝灾害影响大,永修县的耕地资源承载力只处于中等偏上水平。 永修县水资源承载指数为83.97,水资源承载压力度为0.30,可以继续开发利用的水资源丰富。 永修县2003年的人均生态足迹为1.5307hm~2/cap,人均生态承载力为1.5327hm~2/cap,人均生态富余0.0020hm~2/cap。人均生态足迹与人均生态承载力几乎持平。生态足迹产值为426美元/hm~2,低于江西省平均水平(535美元/hm~2),反映资源利用效率低。 本研究还分析了江西省1999—2002年各年的生态足迹。江西省的人均生态足迹在逐年提高,人均生态承载力在逐年下降,2000年开始出现生态赤字,且生态赤字有逐年增大的趋势。 永修县的经济发展必须走可持续发展之路,永修县的3大支柱产业是:城郊特色生态农业、以有机硅为主的精细化工产业和生态旅游业。
【Abstract】 In this paper, we probed into the sustainable development of Yongxiu County in Jiangxi Province by investigating the ecological footprint and ecological carrying capacity.In Yongxiu County, the net primary productivity (NPP) of natural vegetation of the western mountainous area , the eastern plain area , and the eastern lakeside area are 12.18tDW/(hm~2.a), 12.21tDW/(hm~2.a), 11.94tDW/(hm~2.a) respectively. The ecological carrying capacity of Yongxiu County is high theoretically, but the ecological environment is very fragile, its capability for resisting those adverse natural factors is most weak. According to the sensitive degree of every fragile factor, the order from strong to the weak is that vegetation >physiognomy >climate >soil >hydrology> geology. The main behavior of the ecological environment frangibility is that the rate and efficiency of vegetation covering is low, and soil erosion is serious with a varied topography, and the influence of floodwater and water logging is hard.The potential productivity of cultivated land in Yongxiu County is 14055.62 kg/hm~2, and the current productivity of cultivated land is 6175 kg/hm~2 , so there are 56% of the productive potentiality which can be developed. Because the local productivity level is relatively low, soil erosion is serious, the big flood is of great impact, the carrying capacity of cultivated land is limited, so the carrying capacity of cultivated land in Yongxiu County is only above medium-size.The index of water bearing capacity is 83.97 and the pressure degree of water bearing capacity is 0.30, in Yongxiu County. So the water resource is relatively abundant, it is still quite abundant to continue developing the water resource utilized.The per capita ecological footprint in 2003 of Yongxiu County is 1.5307hm~2/cap, and the per capita carrying capacity is 1.5327hm~2/cap, so the per capita ecological remainder is 0.0020hm~2/cap. The per capita ecological footprint and per capita carrying capacity is nearly fair. The output value of per ecological footprint is 426 dollars / hm~2, which is lower than which of Jiangxi Province (535 dollars / hm~2). So the efficiency of resource utilization is quite low.This research has also analyzed the ecological footprint in 1999-2002 years of Jiangxi Province. The per capita ecological footprint of Jiangxi Province improves year by year, the per capita carrying capacity drops year by year, there appeared ecological deficit in 2000, and the ecological deficit increases year by year.The economic development of Yongxiu County must take the road to sustainable development. In the future, three big pillar industries of Yongxiu County are characteristic ecological agriculture in the outskirts, the industry of fine chemistry industry relying mainly on organic silicon and ecological tourist industry.
