EGR在CA498柴油机上试验研究

【摘要】 本文针对我国车用柴油机的现状,对比了国内外排放的法规和发展目标,提出了适合我们车用柴油机(主要是CA498)的EGR电控系统的试验方案。 在文中,作者分析了EGR降低NO_x排放的机理,并针对于CA498柴油机,选取了适合其控制的阀系统,同时,对于VNT也进行了一定的分析。 对于电控系统,本文详细论述了EGR控制系统的软件的控制方法和策略,通过采集转速和油门转角的数据,得到柴油机的不同工况,然后对比试验得到的数据,来控制废气循环的量,从而达到最优的控制。制做了相应的硬件控制电路板。控制芯片采用80C196KC的芯片,信号采集采用光耦隔离,转速转角都采用霍尔元件的传感器,保证采集的精度;输出用比例电磁阀控制EGR阀门,从而控制废气循环的气体量的大小,达到降低排放的目的。 通过试验发现:CA498采用EGR后,效果明显,NO_x排放也降低了38.6%—47%。为了达到更好的效果,保持动力性和经济性等总体因素,可以同时采用VNT、水冷EGR、调整合适EGR率等方法来改善性能,。总之,EGR技术必将得到越来越广泛的应用
【Abstract】 This paper described the status in quo about diesel engine in China, compared with the rules of law and development aim in China and other countries, provided an experiment project of EGR electricity control on the diesel engine.The author analyzed the principle of reducing NO_X waste gas by EGR, selected a fit valve system, at the same time, analyzed the VNT system.For the electricity control system, the paper described the method and strategy of control software, from the data of rotate speed and accelerograph corner, got the working condition of different kind of diesel engine, then compared the data from the experiment, to control the volume of waste gas, realized the optimization of control.The author have made a hardware control circuit, the control IC is 80C196KC. Signal accumulation by photo-coupler Isolation, rotation speed and corner measured by hall sensor, Output by ratio electromagnetic EGR valve, so the waste gas can be controlled by adjusting the volume of the recycle gas.the experiment proved that it is evident by adopting EGR, NO_X let reduced from 38.6% to 47%, for the better result, considering the factor of the engine power and economy of production, other methods, for example: VNT, water cooling EGR, adjusting EGR rate etc, can be adopted. In summary, EGR technique will have more widely application.
