中国大学网络教育发展现状及对策研究
On the Present Situation and Countermeasure of University Online Education in China

【摘要】 在过去几十年里高等教育领域发生的重大的国际变革之一就是开放大学的建立。技术变革是开放大学建立的重要动力之一。美国、英国等西方发达国家借助其先进的技术并应用到教育中去,使其教育水平迅速提高。我国是一个幅员辽阔、人口众多的国家,高等教育普及率相当低,目前全国约有3000多万青壮年文盲,现代社会科盲更是不计其数,还有上千万的适龄青年不能入学。发展现代远程教育符合我国国情,是一种具有极大发展潜力的新型教育模式,它可缓解我国高等教育师资力量不足、校园环境资源匮乏、设备条件供不应求的矛盾,逐步缩小我国各地区高等教育发展不平衡的矛盾。随着因特网的发展,我国的远程教育也相应的发展,逐渐由函授教育、广播电视教育进入了网络教育阶段,尤其是,全国重点大学的网络教育学院的成立和发展,进一步推动了我国高等教育领域内网络教育的发展。本文通过大量的事实和数据分析,并综合比较了国内外的网络教育发展特点,分析我国网络教育目前的发展优势以及存在的问题,并提出可借鉴意见。 本文的内容:第一部分绪论,主要介绍本文的研究背景和意义,研究思路和方法,以及网络教育的发展和相关概念界定;第二部分介绍国外网络高等教育发展现状及特点,包括美国、英国、澳大利亚和日本;第三部分介绍我国大学网络教育发展现状及特点;第四部分分析我国高校网络教育存在的问题;第五部分借鉴国外网络教育的先进经验,提出我国发展网络教育的一些建议,希望能对我国网络教育学院的发展起到抛砖引玉的作用。
【Abstract】 In the past some decades, one of the significant international changes that happened in the field of high education is the foundation of Open University. The technology change is one of the reasons that drive the foundation of Open University. Western developed countries such as American and England depend on their advanced technology and apply it to education, which make their education level improved quickly. Our country is with a vast territory and multitudinous population. The popularization rate of high education is quite low. About thirty thousands young illiteracies in the whole country so far and is much more innumerable in modern society, and ten thousands of youths at the right age can not enter schools. The development of modern distance education accords with the situation of our country. It is one new education model with huge potential of development, which can abate the conflict that is the absence of teachers and finances of high education, the pinch of environment resource on campus, and demand exceeding the supply of equipment condition. And it can reduce the conflict of the non-balanced development of high education in every reign of our country. Along with the development of internet, distance education also develops accordingly. It enters the stage of internet education gradually from teaching by correspondence education and broadcasting and video education. Especially, the foundation and development of the institute of internet education in national key universities forces internet education to develop in the field of national high education .With the analysis of abundant facts and datum, This paper compares the development characteristics of online education synthetically, analyze the actual development trend of online education and existed problems and put forward some advice for reference.The framework of this paper: the first chapter is introduction ,which principally introduces research background and meaning, research way and methods, as well as development of online education and the definition of interrelated concept; the second chapter describes current condition and characteristics of online education in developed country , including America 、 England 、 Australia and Japan ; the third chapter introduces the condition and characteristics of online education in China; the fourth chapter analyzes existent problems ofonline education in domestic universities; the fifth chapter provides some recommendations to development of online education in China based on the success of online education experiences in developed country .Hope to have favorable effect on the development of online education in China.
