饮料混合机控制系统研究与改进

【摘要】 饮料混合机是碳酸饮料生产线最重要的组成部分,它的性能直接关系到饮料成品的成分和口味。而饮料混合机的关键是它的工艺流程和控制原理,论文针对新型饮料混合机的开发,基于O+H混合机和SEN混合机的工作原理,通过改进其控制策略,达到了预期的效果。论文研究工作主要包括: 对O+H混合机和SEN混合机水流程、总控制系统、压力控制系统和电气控制系统进行了深入的分析,并比较了它们的优缺点,得出O+H混合机在混和效果和控制精度要比SEN混合机好,而SEN混合机结构较为简单、成本较低的结论。同时研究了混合机的控制对象——二氧化碳溶解度和混和比的特性,找出了控制对象的变化规律,总结出相关变量的计算公式并编程画出变化曲线。 介绍了有关控制系统的校正方式,并通过最优化设计制定了设计方案,提出将饮料混合机两个控制变量——压力和温度分别进行控制的思想,通过反馈校正和按扰动校正两种校正方式消除了温度偏差对系统所引起的干扰作用,从而把温度控制系统和压力控制系统变成两个独立的控制系统,使得混合机的总控制系统在控制原理简单化的同时能得到较高的控制精度,并在此基础上设计出新型饮料混合机的温度控制系统、压力控制系统以及总控制系统。 通过对新型饮料混合机温度控制系统各元件特性的分析,提出了分级分段控制的控制策略,通过板式换热器的粗调和温度控制阀的微调实现温度控制系统,并在此基础上实现了压力控制系统和电气控制系统。 最后还进行机械设计,用AutoCAD画出安装示意图、底座图、水管路图、CIP清洗系统图、混和管图。
【Abstract】 The beverage intermix plant is the most important part in the whole production line. Its performance directly affects the component and taste of the beverage. The key of the beverage intermix plant is its process procedure and the control principal. This thesis aims at developing a new beverage intermix plant based on the working principal of the 0+H intermix plant and SEN intermix plant. The main contribution of the thesis is as follows:At first, the water flow, general control system as well as the pressure and electric control system of 0+H intermix plant and SEN intermix plant are analyzed. It is summarized that intermix effect and control precision of 0+H intermix plant is better than of SEN intermix plant, and SEN intermix plant is more simple and cheaper than 0+H intermix plant. The control object, carbon dioxide of solubility and dosing proportion, of the intermix plant is studied. Calculation formulae of correlative variable is summarized by determining the variational rule of the control object, then the curve is drawn by programming.Secondly, a revised mode is given, and the design scheme is established by optimization design. A new control approach to separate two control variable, e. g. pressure and temperature of the intermix plant, is put forward. The disturb which is arose by temperature warp is eliminated by-revise feedback and for disturb revise. The principal of the general control system of intermix plant has become simpler and more precision for separated the temperature and pressure control system. The temperature, pressure and electric control system of new beverage intermix plant is designed based on this new approach.Thirdly, the control strategy of classification and subsection is brought forward by analyzed the characteristic of every component of the temperature control system. The temperature control system is realized byroughness adjusted of the heat exchangers and minute adjusted of the temperature control valve, and on the basis of it, the pressure and electric control system is realized.Finally, mechanical design is carried out, and the fixing sketch map, drawing of foundation, water pipeline system, CIP cleaning system and intermix pipe is designed by AutoCAD.
