【摘要】 本文以城市设计的视角,从建筑与城市空间的关系出发,结合自今流行的“CBD现象”,分析了当前大城市中心商务区建设与改造过程中暴露出的问题,尤其是建筑底部的问题。指出建筑设计应着眼于城市整体环境,中心商务区(CBD)的建筑底部设计更有与城市空间相结合的必要性。本文以建筑与环境的边界构成为研究内容和理论基础,以在城市中心商务区建筑底部设计的实际运用为目的,引入建筑设计与城市设计的综合研究方法,结合大量的实例及国内外创作实践,在详尽的分析与研究的基础上,希望通过建筑底部与城市空间的结合,使大城市中心商务区建筑与城市从功能以及环境等各个方面得以整合,并力图提出一个建设城市中心商务区建筑底部设计与操作纲要,同时为创造城市的地域特色和实现城市的可持续性发展提供一种新的思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 In view of urban design, setting out from the relation of building and city space, this essay analyses the "CBD Phenomenon", of which problems has been revealed in the course of construction and renovation of central district. This paper points out the architectural design should fix attention on the whole city environment , and also points out the necessity of combining the design of building’s near-ground in CBD to urban space. The paper is to building and environment of the boundary constitute for study the contents with theories foundation, then in the CBD area the design of the building’s near-ground actual application is purpose, using the synthetic research system of architectural design and urban design , combining with the solid examples to study the design of building’s near-ground. On the basis of specific analysis , hope to achieve the goal of all functional and environmental elements of the buildings near-ground and CBD shall be well-integrated, providing an outline of design and operation of building’s near-ground , also a new way of creating a characteristic and sustainable development city.更多还原
