流水制造模式生产加工和物流系统集成建模方法研究

【摘要】 流水制造模式广泛应用于汽车、家电、建材等行业。制造过程中的生产物流系统是制造系统的一个重要组成部分。生产加工和生产物流融为一体,规划阶段对它们进行集成建模和仿真,及时发现系统中不合理的地方并加以改进,能为企业改善生产环境,提高经济效益,具有十分深远的意义。本文在分析了几种离散事件系统建模的理论方法基础上,提出了面向对象广义随机着色Petri网复合模型(OGSCPN)的系统建模方法,采用OGSCPN的建模方法对生产加工和物流系统各个子系统进行建模,包括生产加工系统建模、仓储系统建模、物料输送系统建模、生产信息系统建模以及物流控制系统建模。同时,运用OGSCPN建模方法对生产加工和生产物流系统进行集成建模,最后,结合合肥车桥有限责任公司的H1后桥车间规划方案,基于OGSCPN方法进行系统建模,并对H1后桥车间的生产加工和生产物流系统进行了系统分析和研究。
【Abstract】 Product Logistics System is the important part of the Manufacture System.There are very close relationship between production logistics process and Manufacture technics process.Machining and production logistics system modeling and simulation in the planning phrase can find unreasonable things ,so we can have chance to improve it earlier.in this way, Machining and production logistics system have improved,which would be of greatly benefit to the factory. In the paper, it analyzes the methods of Discrete Event System modeling,then The logistics system modeling method with O-O Generalized Stochastic Colored Petri nets(OGSCPN) is put forward.Firstly, adopting the OGSCPN method the sub-systems of the Machining and production logistics system is established, including the machining model、 the storage model, the materiel convey system model, the cutting scrap recycling system model, the logistics information system model and the logistics control system model. Secondly, the Machining and production logistics system is also modeled with OGSCPN integration modeling method. Finally, Supported by the project from the H1 rear bridge shop in Hefei Automobile bridge Co.Ltd, the modeling of the machining and production logistics system in the rear bridge shop is established,and this paper analyzes andresearches the system.
