基于嵌入式操作系统μC/OS-Ⅱ的平台设计及其在给煤机控制系统中的应用的研究

【摘要】 以嵌入式计算机为技术核心的嵌入式系统是继网络之后,又一个IT领域新的技术发展方向。由于嵌入式系统具有体积小、性能强、功耗低、可靠性高等特点,目前已经广泛的应用在国防、消费电子、信息家电、网络通讯、工业控制等领域。其中具有代表意义的是32位的控制器和嵌入式操作系统的应用。 电子重力式给煤机主要用于火力发电厂的供煤系统,承担向锅炉连续、定量、均匀供煤的任务,给煤机控制系统实现在运行过程中对燃煤进行精确计量,并根据人工设定值和燃烧控制系统的反馈信息控制给煤率,使输送入锅炉的燃煤与所需燃料相适应,实现精确的定量给料,帮助用户减少物料的浪费,提高了产品质量和生产过程的自动化,对于节约能源和提高经济效益及保证安全方面均有重大意义。 本给煤机控制系统将通过秤重秤架上煤的瞬时流量与燃烧控制所需求的给煤量进行PID运算,产生必要的输出信号到电机控制器,改变给煤机的皮带速度变化,以保持所要求的给煤流量 本文首先介绍了32位的ARM控制器的内部结构以及工作原理,然后介绍了嵌入式操作系统μC/OS-Ⅱ的工作原理,在此基础上设计了给煤机控制系统的硬件电路设计,并且完成了嵌入式操作系统μC/OS-Ⅱ在S3C44BOX上的移植工作,最后编写、调试了控制软件。均达到了控制要求。
【Abstract】 Based on embedded computer, the embedded system becomes the new developing trend in the IT field at the tail of network. Having characteristics of little volume, high performance, low power consumption and reliability, embedded systems have been widely used in many fields such as national defense, consumer electronic products, network communication and industry control, etc. The applications of 32bit micro controller units and embedded operation system are representative in these fields.Mainly used in coal feeder system in thermo-power plant, the electronic gravity coal feeder takes up the task of feeding coal of fixed amounts to the boiler continuously and equally. The coal feeder control system implements accurate measurement of burning coal in the process of running and controls coal feeder rates according to the artificial setting values and feedback information so that the burning coal transmitted into the boiler can accommodate with the fuel needed. It realizes accurate feedstock to helps customer reduce material waste, upgrade quality and improve producing automation. The electronic gravity coal feeder takes great significance in energy saving, profits promotion and safety assurance.The coal feeder control system designed in this paper takes PID operating through instantaneous coal flowing on steelyard and the burning coal control. Outputting necessary signal to motor controller, the system changes the speed of belt to maintain the coal feeder flowing of demand.Firstly, the paper introduces the inner architecture and operational principle of 32bit ARM controller. Secondly, it introduces the operationalprinciple of embedded real-time operating system -|jC/OS-II and the design of hardware circuit of coal feeder control system. It migrates the embedded real-time operating system --uC/OS-IIin S3C44B0X and finishes control software programming and testing which can meet the demand of control.
