长江三角洲地区物流园区宏观布局层次研究

【摘要】 目前,我国物流产业的发展正处于起步阶段,积极培育第三方物流企业和规划建设现代物流园区已成为推进我国现代物流发展的两大主题。随着现代物流理念的兴起和物流产业的发展,各地政府纷纷制定建设物流园区的宏观政策和发展规划。在这样的背景下,研究物流园区的布局规划具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。 长江三角洲地区作为我国经济最发达的地区之一,发达的经济水平客观上也促进着当地政府与企业探索物流发展的规律。整个长江三角洲地区,计划建设几十个现代物流园区,有些物流园区已经开始实施建设和投入运营。与现代物流园区规划建设的运作实践相比,其理论研究明显滞后,特别是有关物流园区宏观布局层次研究方面。物流园区作为现代物流网络体系的主要节点、所在城市及地区具有物流组织和产业积聚发展功能的功能区域、多种物流设施和物流企业在空间上集中布局的场所,其建设发展需要占用土地等大量宝贵的稀缺资源。物流园区空间布局是否合理,物流园区规划建设的层次与所在城市是否适应不仅对于区域物流资源的优化配置、现代物流体系的供给能力及作业效率的提高具有至关重要的作用,而且对于所在城市整体功能的发挥、核心竞争力的提升及经济社会的可持续发展也有重要影响。因此,研究物流园区规划建设的理论,特别是物流园区宏观布局层次的理论有着战略性的作用。 本文主要研究长江三角洲地区物流园区宏观布局层次问题。论文的基本结构安排如下: 第1章,绪论。介绍论文研究的意义、目的以及论文研究的思路和方法。 第2章,研究物流园区布局规划的内涵。包括物流园区的内涵、功能、形成机理、物流园区布局规划的内涵及物流园区布局的层次体系。 第3章,研究物流园区宏观布局层次的定性划分。包括物流园区宏观布局层次类别的含义、层次分类的原则、标准及物流园区布局层次的定性划分。 第4章,分析长江三角洲地区物流园区布局规划的现状。通过列举上海、江苏与浙江两省一市物流园区布局规划的情况,分析其中存在的问题及原因。 第5章,本文的重点,对长江三角洲地区物流园区宏观布局层次分类评价指标进行因子分析。首先,提出物流园区宏观布局层次分类的评价指标体系,接着通过指标相关性分析和空间差异度分析来优化指标,然后对指标作因子分析,找到指标体系的主因子,最后是计算长江三角洲地区物流园区宏观布局载体城市的综合因子得分。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present, the development of logistic industry is on the beginning stage in our country.To foster the third-party logistic enterprises and to plan modern logistic parks have become two big concerns for the promotion of modern logistics in China. With the widespread of modern logistic concept and the development of logistic industry, governments at different levels are planning macro policies and layout of logistic parks. Under such circumstances, to study the macro layout of logistic parks will pose great theoretical and practical significance.The Yangtze delta is one of the most developed regions in our country The developed economy drives the local government to explore the law of logistic development together with enterprises. It is planned to construct dozens of modern logistic parks in the whole Yangtze Delta, some of which have already been under construction and operation. Compared with the planning and construction of the modem logistics parks, theoretical studies lagged far behind, especially the study of the macro-layout of the modem logistics parks.Logistic parks, as the main node of modem logistic network system, the functional regions of logistic organization and industrial accumulation in the city, shall cover large areas. Whether the layout of logistic park is reasonable and whether the plan and construction of the logistic park cater to the demand of the city will pose great influence not only on the optimum distribution of regional logistic resources and the enhance of supply capacity and operation efficiency of the modern logistic system, but also on the promotion of core competitive ability of the city and the sustainable development of the society. Therefore, study of the plan and construction of logistic parks, especially research into the macro-layout of the modern logistic parks, is of strategic significance.This paper, mainly focusing on the macro-layout of logistic parks in the Yangtze Delta, is outlined as follows.Chapter one is the introduction to the background, the purpose, the significance and the study method of this paper.Chapter two focuses on the denotation, the function and the levels of a logistic park as well as the denotation of macro-layout of a logistic park.Chapter three is the classification of levels of the macro-layout of logisticparks, which is further studied from perspectives of the meaning, the principle of classification and the criterion of classification of the layout levels of the logistic park.Chapter four is the study of current situation of the layout of logistic parks in the Yangtze delta. Through the introduction of logistic parks in Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, the author conducts analysis of the problems and reasons in the planning and construction of the logistic parks in Yangtze delta.Chapter five is the factor analysis of the level classification of the macro-layout of logistic parks in the Yangtze Delta. Including the assessment index of the level classification, the correlative analysis of assessment index, the difference degree analysis of the assessment index, the main factor of the assessment index, the united factor score of the cities of the Yangtze delta.Chapter six is the clustering analysis of the macro-layout of logistic parks in the Yangtze Delta. Basing on the previous chapter, the author clusters the factor scores of the cities in the Yangtze Delta with an aim to make clear the problem that a city is in need of which kind of logistic park.Chapter seven is the conclusion of this paper.更多还原
