【摘要】 校园电子商务有着巨大的发展空间,它不但能使在校师生的生活变得越来越便利,而且能改变他们的消费方式和购物习惯,为学校创造巨大的经济效益。但在现阶段,由于电子商务在校园的应用起步较晚,以及校园电子商务模式应用的不成熟,使高校校园电子商务的发展缓慢。只有不断完善校园电子商务模式,才能促进校园电子商务快速且稳定的发展。 本论文主要由4部分组成。第一部分概述了电子商务与电子商务模式,包括电子商务的定义、产生和发展,以及电子商务模式的概念、构成要素和分类。第二部分探讨了校园电子商务的基本概念,然后在深入分析现有应用中的校园电子商务模式的基础上,找出了现有校园电子商务模式在应用中的问题。第三部分为弥补现有校园电子商务模式的不足和适应外部环境变化的需要,提出了一种适合校园运作的校园电子商务新模式,即创业平台和校园勤工助学配送中心的结合体。该模式充分发挥高校中计算机、电子商务和信息管理等专业的人才优势,由学生自己创业搭建虚拟网络平台,将买卖双方聚集起来,再利用由校园贫困生组成的配送队伍进行货物的配送,最终满足校园师生的购物需求。然后研究了与新模式相配套的物流、资金流和信息流的运作方式。从物流运作主要从校园的自营物流角度考虑,对资金流的运作从货到付款支付方式、电子信用卡支付方式和校园一卡通三个方向进行了分析。此外结合校园电子商务信息流的特点,分析了新的校园电子商务模式的信息流运作。最后从校园网络安全和校园电子商务交易安全两方面探讨了校园电子商务的安全建设,以确保校园电子商务新模式的正常运作。第四部分研究了校园电子商务新模式的实施框架与内容,并就实施过程中存在的利益分配、人才培养和诚信三类问题找出应对策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 There exist some great chances for Campus Electronic Commerce (CEC) for developing, because CEC can not only make the lives of teachers and students in campus more convenient, and change their consumptions and shopping habits, but also bring large economic benefits for universities. However, Electronic Commerce (EC) is at the beginning of the stage that in the application of campus, and CEC model is not perfect, which cause the development of CEC is restricted at present. Only under the condition of perfecting CEC model continuously, CEC can develop well and quickly.The dissertation consists of four parts. The first part introduces the definitions, appears, developments and classifications of EC and the models of EC. The second part elaborates definition of CEC. Then, on the base of analyzing the existing CEC model applied in campuses, some problems are found. The third part focuses on a new applying CEC mode, which is composed of undertaking platform and distribution centre of work-study program. In this mode, purchasers and bargainors can be combined through the virtual networks platform that is set up all together by the students of computer and EC and information management professions. During this process, the needs of buying goods of the teachers and students in campus are satisfied after the actions of distribution are finished. This part also includes the studies of the operation manners of logistics, capital-flow and information-flow. The self-run logistics can fulfill the logistics. The capital-flow can be realized from three aspects of cash, credit card and the current Integrated Card in campus. The paper also combines the characteristics of CEC, putting forward the operation method of information-flow. In addition, safe construction of CEC is discussed according to campus network security and trade security. The fourth part analyzes the implement frame and contents of the new CEC model, and puts forward some effective strategies for resolving the problems of benefit allotment, training of person with ability and good faith which exist in the implement process.更多还原
