轻钢龙骨复合墙体抗侧性能研究

【摘要】 冷弯薄壁型钢构件作为结构受力骨架的轻钢龙骨结构具有轻质,高强,节能,环保,施工速度快,易产业化等特点,近年来在国际上发展迅速并广泛运用于钢结构住宅,但在我国研究还处于开始阶段,轻钢龙骨结构需要有良好的抗震性能,但传统的抗侧力体系不经济合理,不能满足抗侧刚度和延性等抗震要求。 针对轻钢龙骨结构中的抗侧力问题,本文对轻钢龙骨结构中的复合墙体进行了研究,主要方面如下: (1)对轻钢龙骨结构体系的五片足尺寸墙体进行了的低周往复模型试验,试件分两组(Ⅰ无蒙皮和Ⅱ有蒙皮),研究轻钢龙骨结构墙体在地震作用下的抗震性能,通过试验中的墙体滞回曲线分析墙体的变形恢复能力、延性系数、刚度变化、耗能能力等抗震性能,同时还对带门、窗洞口墙体和传统墙体的抗震性能进行了比较分析。 (2)在试验的基础上对墙体进行有限元分析,考虑不同墙体构件布置方式(蒙皮罩面板、钢带斜支撑、带门窗洞口的小方柱墙体),用ANSYS模拟墙体在外力作用下的抗侧性能,对轻钢龙骨结构体系墙体进行非线性有限元分析,将计算结果与试验结果进行比较分析。 (3)进行受力蒙皮的作用机理分析,对轻钢龙骨结构体系墙体中的蒙皮罩面板进行抗侧性能分析,通过蒙皮连接的螺钉非线性受力分析,对墙体蒙皮罩面板的侧移进行计算。 (4)对轻钢龙骨结构体系中墙体的影响因素进行分析,提出了墙体洞口的影响系数。结合有限元分析,对影响墙体的抗侧因素钢带斜支撑和蒙皮罩面板进行计算分析,在此基础上讨论墙体的抗侧移计算方法。 通过试验和有限元分析论证,在保证连接的情况下,轻钢龙骨复合墙体具有良好的抗侧能力,本文得出的蒙皮计算方法和墙体有限元分析方法对今后轻钢龙骨复合墙体的发展提供了一定理论依据。

【Abstract】 Acting as a member of the light-gauge steel structure, the cold-formed thin-walled steel has a series of prominent advantages such as light weight, high strength, environment protection, energy saving, and ease of prefabrication. The light-gauge steel structure building is become more and more popular in the world, but just begin in China, the structure should have good resistant-seismic behavior, due to the traditional resistant-lateral systems, the resistant-lateral rigidity and ductility of light-gauge steel structure can’t meet resistant-seismic desires.Basing on the question, the resistant-lateral of the light-gauge steel composite wall are study in this paper, the main parts of the text are:(1) Five light-gauge steel composite specimens with full scale are tested in the paper using low cyclic loading, the specimens can divide into two parts (wall I with diagram wall II without diagram), the performance of resistant-lateral is researched under the earthquake. This paper inquired into the capacity of shearing force, the damage state, the ductility features, the hysteretic characteristics and the energy dissipating capacity, etc, also the performance of opening specimen and traditional specimen are discussed.(2) Basing on the experiment, nonlinear analysis is conducted on specimens with numerical technology in this paper. The specimens with different styles (diagram, steel strips, opening) model the lateral performance of specimens using ANSYS software with lateral loading.(3) The mechanism of diagram is researched, at the same time the displacement of diagram is calculated using the nonlinear methods.(4) The effect factor in the light-gauge steel structure is discussed and the opening factor is presented by the formula. Combing with finite element method, the influence of steel strips and diagram are discussed, finally, the methods of designing this kind of shear wall is presented in this paper.Basing on the experiment and element finite analysis, the wall has good performance in resisting the lateral force under the safe connection. The calculation method and the finite element analysis are suggested to the development of light-gauge steel structure.
