中小型企业流水线车间生产调度的算法研究与应用

【摘要】 对一个企业来说,能否把现有资源进行合理配置和充分利用,将直接影响到产品的制造成本和企业效益,并且将成为制造型企业能否赢得市场竞争的重要决定性因素。企业资源的合理配置和优化利用很大程度上体现在车间一层的生产活动中,所以加强车间层的生产管理与控制一直在企业生产经营活动中占有十分重要的地位,而车间生产调度是生产管理与控制中的重要部分。因此,车间调度策略一直是制造业研究的热点之一,对其研究具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。 作者结合自己在中小型企业流水线车间生产调度系统开发中的工作,主要从以下几个方面对车间调度系统做了以下详细分析研究: 1.首先论述本文研究内容的目的和意义,阐述了生产调度的重要性,接着介绍了生产调度系统国外研究状况,分析该领域中存在的问题和发展情况。 2.研究了有关车间调度的基本理论,并总结了车间生产调度的优化方法和策略,对流水线车间调度问题进行了描述,也总结了求解流水线车间调度的几种启发式方法。 3.研究遗传算法的基本理论,包括遗传算法的基本概念、遗传的基本操作、遗传算法的处理流程和基本步骤等;重点对基于遗传算法的流水线车间算法进行了设计。 4.对流水线车间调度的进行了总体设计,分析了该系统开发中的关键问题、系统设计的总体思想、各部分的功能模块和流程图以及数据库的设计,最后在Matlab中编写了遗传算法主程序以及在C++builder中调用*.dll文件。 5.完成该系统界面设计,列举具体实例进行系统的仿真,并对仿真结果从设备的利用率和加工工件的交货期等方面进行分析与评估。 6.在总结全文的基础上,提出了对车间调度系统发展的展望。
【Abstract】 Whether the enterprise collocates reasonably and makes full use of its resource will influence the manufacturing cost of its product and the benefit directly. It may become one of important decisive factors in its market competition. Collocating reasonably and optimizing material resources are the important parts in the production shop activities. And it is always very important to strengthen production management and control of shop layer for the enterprise. Shop production scheduling is one of key parts of production management and control. Therefore the strategy of shop scheduling has been become a remarkable research project for manufacturing industry, its theoretic results and successful cases have obtained.According to the personal experience in the scheduling of flow shop in medium and small enterprise, the author analyzes the shop scheduling system in detail from following aspects:1. At first the purpose and meaning of this project are discussed, and the importance of shop production scheduling is presented. The trend of the domestic and overseas research of shop produce scheduling and the existent problems in this domain are analyzed.2. The basic theories about shop scheduling are studied, and the optimizing means and the strategy of shop production scheduling are summarized. Then the interrelated problems of flow shop scheduling are described, and several heuristic methods to solve flow shop scheduling are summarized here.3. The basic theories of genetic algorithms, including its basic concepts, operation, and flow chart etc, are studied. The arithmetic of flow shop scheduling on the base of genetic algorithms is designed.4. The whole structure of flow shop scheduling is designed, and then the key problems in the system development, the whole idea of the system design, function modules, the flow chat and the database design of this system are analyzed. At last the main program of genetic algorithms is compiled in Matlab, and *.dll document is transferred in C++ builder.5. The system interface is designed. By means of practical cases, the simulation of the system is accomplished. According to the efficiency of the equipment utilization and the delivery time of work pieces, the simulation results are analyzed and evaluated.On the base of summarizing the dissertation, the development prospect of flow shop scheduling system is put forward.
