【摘要】 随着国民经济发展和人口城市化进程加快,我国住宅建设持续空前发展。但是这些巨大建设成就的取得是以高能耗、高污染为代价。因此,推进住宅产业现代化,是实现住宅生产方式从粗放型向集约型转变、提高住宅质量的重大举措。我国钢量已突破一亿吨,我国已成为钢铁大国;我国政府已从限制用钢改变到积极推动和发展用钢,这为钢结构的发展提供了物质和政策上的保证。 钢结构住宅工业化程度高,现场湿作业少,可再生利用,污染少,抗震性能好,自重轻,施工周期短,综合造价低的优点,是推进我国住宅产业现代化较理想的住宅建筑体系。 本文通过对钢结构住宅体系的系统研究,以实例研究方法为主对钢结构住宅建筑有关技术经济指标进行分析和对比,探讨钢结构住宅建筑的应用前景。根据钢结构住宅的特点,结合我国实际情况,提出我国钢结构住宅产业化的运作模式:以政府宏观指导为引领,以企业集团为主体,以住宅产业示范基地为先导,以市场化运作为机制的钢结构住宅产业化运作模式。 其中特别就钢结构与其他几种常见结构进行经济分析,并对钢结构多层及高层住宅进行了经济方面的探讨,分别研究了哪种结构体系比较适合多层和高层住宅,希望能对钢结构的设计及应用提供一定的参考价值;探讨了我国钢结构住宅产业化的运作模式。 最后本文提出了钢结构住宅建设现存的几点遗憾:钢结构有关相关规范的空缺、钢结构住宅设计及施工技术人才的缺乏和钢结构住宅建设中最突出的问题——缺乏合适的配套部品。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the population urbanism process and development of national economy accelerate, the residential construction of our country lasts to develop unprecedentedly, The requirement of people for resident quality is also high, it promotes the change of the residential construction of our country from extensive production model to intensive model, advances the modernization of the housing industry, improves the quality of residential building. China is one of the largest steel producer in the world with an annual output over one hundred millions tons; our government’s policy in changed from the restriction of the use of the steel to positive promotion and development, which guarantees the development of steel structure on material and policy.Steel-structured residential housing is highly industrialized, less wet operation and less pollution, recycled, in good shockproof, it has a slight weight, The construction speed is high, the total cost is lower. It’s an ideal residential construction system for modernizing our housing industry.This article explore the application of steel structure and analyze and contrast the techno-economic indicator, through the systematical research on the Steel—structured residential housing structure. According to the characteristic of the Steel-structured residential housing, combined with the actual condition of our country, The article advances an operation model in which the government will provide the policy guidance, enterprise groups will carry out the policy, the industry base of the residential housing will be the carrier and the market-based operation will be the mechanism.This article especially disserts on the protection of the Steel—structured residential housing against fire and decay; explores the steel multi-layer and high residential building in economic aspect ,studies which kind of structure system is suitable for multi-layer and the high residential building separately. The author hope the article can offer certain value for the design and application of the steel structure.At last, the article put forward some extant regrets in steel structure: vacant related regulations; shortage in designer and construction technicians; lack of the suitable related department product.更多还原
