高含水油井常温集输实验和理论研究

【摘要】 由于大庆原油高含蜡和高凝点的特点,以及油井出油温度低和冬季气温低的气候条件,使得长期以来采用以油田气为燃料的加热输送工艺,这就造成了宝贵的油田气资源的不合理利用。随着大庆油田的开发,部分油田已经处于高含水期或高含水后期,有条件实现部分油井全年或季节性常温集输,从而降低成本,节约能源。 本课题以实验和理论分析相结合的方法进行高含水油井常温集输研究,通过室内测定粘壁温度实验和现场实验确定了常温集输时的温度界限;通过现场实验和理论分析确定了常温集输时的集输半径、产液量、含水率等界限;通过现场实验和室内实验确定了高含水油井常温集输时停输再启动的启动压力梯度和安全停输时间;建立了结蜡的热力学模型,并进行了验证。 本文的研究对指导油田进行常温集输,降低成本,节约能源,具有重大意义。

【Abstract】 Because of the petroleum with high paraffin content and high solidifying point in Daqing oil field, the oil well with low produces oil temperature and colder climatic conditions in winter, in a long time the Daqing oil field adopt heating technology of collection and transport. The fuel is oil field gas and this has caused unreasonable use of valuable oil field gas. With the development of the Daqing oil field, some oil fields have already been in high water cut or ultrahigh water cut, and so it is realized to collect and transport well fluid at normal temperature in the whole year or some season. The collection and transport at normal temperature can lower cost and economize the energy. The paper study the collection and transport in high water cut oil well at normal temperature with experimental and theoretical methods. The temperature limit is confirmed by the experiment of temperature conglutinated on pipeline and filed-experiment. The limits of collection and transport radius, liquid yield, water cut are confirmed by theoretical analyse and filed-experiment. The restarted pressure gradient and safe stopping time are confirmed by room-experiment and filed-experiment. The thermodynamic model of paraffin deposition is set up, and has proved. The paper is important for the oil field to collect and transport at normal temperature, lower cost, and economize the energy.
