裂解气压缩机干气密封的设计

【摘要】 本文以大庆石化公司EC-1301裂解气压缩机的密封结构为研究对象,采用先进的干气密封原理,建立了干气密封的数学模型;编制了流体动压效应的计算程序;应用有限元法对干气密封端面进行数值分析;通过优化设计求得动压槽形的最优结构参数,设计出符合现场使用的干气密封及干气密封控制系统;在此基础上进行了室内模拟试验,根据现场工况对理论分析进行了相应的修正;最后完成了现场试验,达到了设计的指标。文中对主要参数对密封效果的影响进行了详尽的分析。 通过对国外同类产品技术参数的比较,表明我们自主设计的干气密封的技术参数和性能已经接近或达到国际先进水平,并填补了国内一项空白,也为压缩机的密封改造提供了理论依据和基础。

【Abstract】 In this paper, the seal structure of EC-1301 cracked gas compressor in Daqing petrochemical company is looked as research object, and the mathematical model is established, adopting advanced principle of dry gas seal. Calculated procedure of dynamical pressure is compiled. Dry gas sealed section is numerically analyzed applied finite element method. By means of optima] design, the optimal structured parameter of tunnel is gained and dry air seal and dry air seal control system matching the spot use are designed. Simulation test is done and theoretical analysis is amended according to the spot work.. Field test getting to design indicator is finally completed. In the paper, the effect of major parameter to seal effectiveness is detailed analyzed.The comparing with the technical parameter of the same foreign product indicates that the technical parameter and performance of dry gas seal autonomously designed already approach or reach advanced international level. The product fills a domestic blank and applies theory gist and elements to remolding the seal of compressor.
