压型钢板—轻骨料混凝土组合楼板抗滑移性能研究

【摘要】 压型钢板-轻骨料混凝土组合楼板作为一种组合结构,其刚度大、延性好,能充分利用钢材耐拉、混凝土耐压的材料特性,较压型钢板-普通混凝土组合楼板还有自重轻、抗震性能好等特点。本文首先对国内外有关压型钢板-混凝土组合楼板及轻骨料混凝土材料特性及受力性能所取得的研究成果进行综合分析,在此基础上确定了本文的研究内容:通过对仅采用横向抗剪钢筋作为附加剪力键的简支组合楼板进行静力荷载试验,对组合楼板的抗滑移性能研究。选用BHP 公司生产的2W 型压型钢板制作了七个简支组合楼板足尺试件,采用两点对称加载的方法,对组合楼板在受力过程中的挠度、应变及滑移进行了量测和分析,并就组合楼板的剪切粘结承载力以及压型钢板和轻骨料混凝土之间的滑移分布情况进行理论推导和试验对比。试验过程中主要考虑了组合楼板的剪跨、钢板厚度、抗剪钢筋间距及布置形式及组合楼板高几个因素对承载力的影响。此外结合六组推出试验的测量结果,分析了推出试验的P-s 曲线及其受力特征。通过试验得到该类型压型钢板-轻骨料混凝土组合楼板抗剪切粘结破坏的公式,该公式计算的结果与试验结果吻合良好,可为实际工程提供参考。通过本文推导的组合楼板弹性阶段板端滑移公式与试验结果的对比,分析了抗剪钢筋的不同布置对板端滑移的影响。最后根据本文的试验研究作出结论并提出展望。

【Abstract】 As one kind of composite slab, the cold-formed steel deck and lightweight aggregate concrete composite slabs have advantages of high rigidity and ductility. It also make full use of the material character that steel is good at tension and concrete is good at compression. Compared with the concrete composite slabs, the lightweight aggregate concrete(LWAC) composite slabs have lighter self-weight,better anti-seismic capability and it can make higher economic returns. Based on a general review on the achievement of the cold-formed steel deck concrete composite slabs and lightweight aggregate concrete by foreign and Chinese researchers , the designs of experiment are presented. According to static loading experiments of simple supported composite slabs only with transversal shear steel-bar, the slippage performance of composite slabs is studied. Seven pieces of full-scale simple support specimens were designed with 2W cold-formed steel deck made by BHP. The deflection, strains and slippage are recorded and analyzed with two points symmetry loading. We also deduced the formula of shear-bond bearing capacity and the formula of slippage between steel and concrete. The influence factors-the shear span, steel deck thickness, space and pattern of transversal shear steel-bar, out-to-out depth are considered in the process of test. Moreover, P-s curves are analyzed according to the results of push-out test. The result by the formula of shear-bond bearing capacity deduced from test are verified good agreement with the test results and the formula can be referred by engineers. According to comparison between theoretical results and test results, the influence of the pattern of transversal shear steel-bar is analyzed. Finally, the author put forward the conclusions and the suggestions.
