电容式传感器在砂石计量系统中的应用研究

【摘要】 随着建筑业的发展,对混凝土质量的要求越来越高,因此国内外发展了各种各样的控制质量的手段和设备,其中混凝土砂石料动态在线计量是控制混凝土质量的重要环节。本文应用电容式传感器研制了一种新型的砂石料在线计量检测仪器,以改善计量系统的准确性和可靠性,从而提高混凝土产品的质量。 以砂石料计量系统为研究对象,本文展开了以下研究工作:  1.针对计量系统的电容式传感器输出微小电容量的特点,通过分析和比较各种电容量的检测方法,本文拟采取充放电法。基于充放电法,设计出两套方案,并制作了模拟电路,经分析比较,选出最佳电路。在充放电法中对“驱动电缆”技术进行了应用研究,开发了合理的方案。 2.基于MATLAB 系统,在方法研究的基础上给出了电容式料位传感器电压与砂石料高度的变化规律曲线,进而建立了电容式料位传感器的特征数学模型。3.为了实现整机的智能化控制,本文采用AT89C51 单片机为微处理器,完成了单片机的硬、软件设计和制造。 对研制的在线计量检测仪器系统,进行了大量的功能和性能试验,其结果表明本产品具有良好的可靠性和广泛的应用前景。

【Abstract】 With the development of construction, market’s demand to concrete quality becomes more and more strict. So various kinds of controlling quality methods and equipments are produced at home and aboard. Among them the sandstone dynamic on-line measuring system is an important portion for controlling product quality. Appling capacitive material level sensor, this paper develops a kind of new-type sandstone measuring system, which will improve measuring system’s precision and reliability, so improves concrete quality. The research object in this dissertation is the sandstone measuring system. The main results are as follow: 1.For the system characterized by the capacitive material level sensor’s small capacitance, analyzing and comparing various kinds of measuring capacitance methods, charge/discharge method has been adopted. Two projects have been designed based on charge/discharge method, makes the practical circuit of this method, and selects the better. The paper researchs “Driving Cable ”technology appliance and designs the more suitable method in charge/discharge method. 2.Based on MATLAB system and on the base of method research, this paper presents the related curve of capacitive material level sensor output voltage and sandstone level, and mathematical model of the capacitive material level sensor character has been established . 3.The system adopts AT89C51 single chip microprocessor to realize intelligentized instrument and completes the hardware & software design and manufacture. For the designed on-line measuring system, the successive function and performance experiments prove that it is characterized by high reliability and bright prospect for development and application.
