【摘要】 绥远地区地处内蒙古中西部,从今天的行政区划来看,大致包括乌兰察布市、鄂尔多斯市、巴彦淖尔市、包头市、呼和浩特市。这个地方无论是地理位置还是战略位置都相当重要。再加上,民国时期,由于时局发展,使绥远地区有关“调查报告”这类简体志书迅速崛起并达到高潮,不仅数量占民国内蒙古志书大多数,而且体例与编纂方法亦大为改进,渐趋定型。因此,有必要对民国时期绥远地区有关“调查报告”这类简体志书进行研究。本文共分四部分:第一部分,分别从北洋军阀时期、国民党统治时期、抗日战争时期、解放战争时期四个阶段概述了民国时期绥远地区“调查报告”的兴起与发展;第二部分,对手中所掌握的民国时期绥远地区的“调查报告”进行分类,大体可分为综合性调查报告与专题性调查报告。综合性调查报告又分为全绥远地区调查报告与地方性调查报告。专题性调查报告又大致分为水利、垦务、农林牧、地质矿产、文化等几类;第三部分,简单介绍了几部比较有代表性的民国时期绥远地区“调查报告”的主要内容;第四部分,对民国时期绥远地区“调查报告”进行了总体评价。笔者奢望通过此文,不仅使人们更加了解近代绥远地区的历史,而且有利于今人对旧志的利用,同时也期望能为今天的西部开发与边疆巩固提供一些有益的借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Suiyuan district is located in midwest of Inner Mongolia. From thetoday’s canton, it includes Ulangab league, IhJu league, Bayannur league, Baotou city and Hohhot city. This district is an important area in terms of both geographical station and strategical station. In addition, in the period of Republic of china, it made this kind of simplified journal record about "survey report" in Suiyuan district grow up rapidly and reached a climax because of the era and situation’s development, not only the quantity takes up the majority of Inner mongolia’s journal, but also style and compilatory ways are well developed too, and gradually finalize the design. So, it is necessary for this kide of simplified journal record about "survey report" in the period of Republic of china in Suiyuan district to carry study. The thesis involves four parts, the first part outlined the arising and developing of the "survey report" of the period of Republic of china in Suiyuan district. The second part classified the "survey report" of the period of Republic of china in Suiyuan district which have mastered in hand, it can be divided into comprehensive survey report and topical survey report in the main. The thrid part introduced some parts of typical "survey report" of the period of Republic of china in Suiyuan district’s main contents simplyt. The fourth part gave an general evaluation to "survey report" of the period of Republic of china in Suiyuan district.
