【摘要】 城市开发区作为以工业发展为先导,促进城市化进程的特殊区域,对区域的经济、社会协调发展起到重要推动作用。然而,城市开发区土地作为最基本和最重要的资源,其可持续利用的矛盾也不容忽视:大量耕地被圈占,增加了耕地不合理开垦的压力;土地资源闲置和浪费,加重了我国原本就紧张的人地关系矛盾;土地利用效益较低,土地集约利用程度低;土地利用方式的变化对自然环境产生各种影响;农地占用造成大量失地农民的就业安置问题,影响社会稳定等。因此,研究城市开发区土地可持续利用是促进开发区科学、合理发展,以及区域自然、社会、经济可持续发展的必需,具有重要而迫切的现实意义和战略价值。 本文以区域经济增长极理论、土地资源可持续利用及其评价理论为基础,分析城市开发区土地可持续利用系统的构成,以及随着城市开发区由成型期、成长期向成熟期过渡,土地可持续利用系统及主要因素的时空变化特点,构建了城市开发区土地可持续利用评价的指标体系,并以南昌市开发区为例,对南昌市九个开发区土地利用的可持续性进行评价,通过对评价结果的分析,提出了针对各开发区的土地可持续利用建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a special zone that develops the industry firstly and promotes the urbanization, the urban development zone is one kind of acceleratory force to harmonious boost in economy and society. However, the land of development zone, which is the most important resource, has many problems in its sustainable use, such as the numerous engrossed cultivated land puts pressure on the cultivated land’s unreasonable exploitation, the waste in land resource deteriorates the conflict between human and nature, the intensive benefit in land use is not so better, the change in land use pattern affects the nature and environment and the huge number of farmers losing their farming land and having difficult in finding new job disadvantage the society’s stabilization. So, it’s a crucial issue with realistic and strategic significance to study on the sustainable land use of urban development zone for its rational development and even the whole region’s sustainable development in nature, society and economy.Basing on the theory of regional economy increase pole and sustainable land recourse use and its assessment, this paper analyses the structure and main factor’s transformation of sustainable land use system of urban development zone in its whole grow process, and designs one assessment index system of sustainable land use of urban development zone. At the end of this paper, it takes the development zones in Nan Chang as demonstration. Through the evaluating the degree in sustainable land use and analyzing its results in nine development zones in Nan Chang, this paper put forwards some suggestion to better the sustainable land use.更多还原
