网络化烟草栽培专家系统和烟区土壤资源WebGIS开发

Developments of Web-Based Tobacco Planting Expert System and Soil Resources Consultation System Based on WebGIS in Tobacco Region

【摘要】 烟草是我国重要的经济作物之一,种植烟草的经济效益较高,是农业结构调整的重要内容。烟草栽培生产环节多,技术性强,专门的知识栽培技术是提高烟草生产经营效率的基本保障。目前,烟草栽培科技普及不够,利用科技成果技术的水平和效率不高的现状,制约着烟草的产量质量的提高和出口效益。专家系统技术提供了一种全新的处理复杂农业问题的思想方法和技术手段,现代计算机技术的发展和网络的迅速延伸为农业信息化提供了必要条件,改变了传统的获取信息技术的方式。本研究采用专家系统的基本原理和方法,将烟草种植理论和实用技术、计算机网络技术、网络GIS技术进行了系统集成,构建了“网络化烟草栽培专家系统”和“基于WebGIS的湖北三峡烟区土壤资源信息咨询系统”,已经通过华中农业信息网和湖北三峡移民科技信息网发布,正在为农村信息化发挥作用。本文主要作了以下工作: 1.通过需求分析设计了四大功能体系结构,分别是烟草栽培信息系统(实现信息的浏览查询)、烟草栽培管理专家系统(实现病虫害远程诊断)、区域烟草互联网地理信息系统、系统管理,可以实现烟区空间数据的查询与显示并有效实现分布式系统后台管理。 2.设计了专家系统总体结构、知识库、推理规则库、推理机等。提出了当今主流的三层分布式网络体系结构,能够适应目前基层不同档次网络环境的需求,有利于进一步推广和应用本系统;设计了基于产生式正向推理的推理机,将知识数据与推理机相分离,方便实现知识库、规则库的扩充。 3.利用Web技术、多媒体技术、人机交互技术等先进的网络化表现形式,结合专家系统原理完成了大量的系统开发实现工作。实现了烟草植物营养及病虫害的远程诊断和信息技术知识的直观形象生动地表达。 4.利用互联网地理信息系统(WebGIS)控件MapXtreme,设计并构建了“基于WebGIS的湖北三峡烟区土壤资源信息咨询系统”。实现了土壤基础信息数据的网络共享,推进了烟区土壤知识普及和土壤资源的合理配置与利用。

【Abstract】 Tobacco is one of the most important industrial crops in our country. Planting tobacco provides economical benefits for farmers and also becomes a vital part of the agricultural structure adjustment. Many producing affairs were needed in the process of planting tobacco and special knowledge and technology were also involved. Therefore, the advancement of cultivation technique offered the basic guarantee for improving the efficiency of tobacco production. However, at present, few work has been conducted in the popularization of science and technology of tobacco cultivation and the higher efficiency of utilizing technical fruit. These problems restricted the production and quality of tobacco as well as the benefit of export. The expert system presented brand-new thinking and technological ways for solving complicated agricultural problems. The rapid development of computer network technology established the essential base for agricultural informationalization and also changed the traditional way of obtaining information and technology. According to the basic principle of expert system, "The Web-Based Tobacco Planting Expert System" and "The WebGIS-based Hubei Sanxia Soil Resource Information System" was designed. They were the systems that the theory and technique of tobacco planting, computer network and WebGIS were integrated. Meanwhile, the system has been running well on the website of Central China Agricultural Information Network and Hubei Sanxia Immigrant Technological Message Network and playing an active role in agricultural informationalization. Some main research works were completed as follow:1. The whole functional structure of this system was analyzed. Four major functional structures were designed. 1) the information system of tobacco planting which aimed to realize browse and inquiry of information. 2) the expert system of management for tobacco planting which was used to long-distance diagnose plant diseases and insect pests. 3) WebGIS of regional tobacco was designed to inquire and show the spacial data in tobacco region. 4) System management was employed to realize system management in the background.2. Our study devised in detail the whole structure of the expert system, repository, the rule base, the reasoning machine and so on. At present, on the basis of Browser/Web Server/Database structure, this system can meet the demands of different network environment and help to further be popularized and applied. Reasoning machine was designed based on forward reasoning of producing type. The separation of reasoningmachine from rule base can easily manage and update the knowledge and rule bases.3. Advanced network technologies utilized such as Web technology, multimedia technology, human-computer interaction technology completed a large number of system exploitation and realizing combined with the basic principle of expert system. The tobacco nutrition, plant diseases and insect pests can be diagnosed in long-distance through internet and the intuitionistic and vivid express of information technology knowledge were fulfilled.4. The information system of soil resource in tobacco region, Sanxia, Hubei province was constructed on the basis of MapXtreme component of WebGIS. Meanwhile, the system broadened the share of soil resource information and promoted the popularization of soil science and the proper utilization of soil resource in tobacco region.
