橘小实蝇人工饲料的研究

【摘要】 本文对橘小实蝇(Bactrocera dorsalis Henel)成虫和幼虫的人工饲料进行了优化筛选,获得了比较理想的成虫和幼虫的人工饲料配方,并观察了用该配方饲养的橘小实蝇生物学特性。其研究结果如下: 1.橘小实蝇成虫人工饲料配方设计及其优化。对成虫人工饲料的研究结果表明,用5%蜜糖水和蔗糖3:酵母1:水20水溶液按1:1混合使用效果较好,在成虫寿命、产卵量和卵孵化率等项指标上较两种饲料单独使用时效果大有改进。 2.对橘小实蝇幼虫人工饲料进行了优化筛选,试验共设计了三次正交试验。第一次正交试验从四种物质丁酸乙酯、碳酸氢铵、苯甲基乙酸、苯甲酸乙酯中筛选出了对橘小实蝇成虫具有引诱作用的丁酸乙酯和碳酸氢铵;第二次试验对柠檬果汁、乙酸乙酯、柠檬酸、苯甲酸、丁酸乙酯5种橘小实蝇引诱物质进行了优化筛选,从中筛选出了效果最理想的产卵引诱物——丁酸乙酯;第三次正交试验对原有的橘小实蝇试验配方中四种主要成分进行了优化筛选,并对各因素交互作用做了分析,最终选出了一种比较理想的橘小实蝇幼虫人工饲料。 3.人工饲料饲养橘小实蝇及生物学特性观察。试验规范了橘小实蝇幼虫人工饲料配制方法;选择了橘小实蝇各虫态饲养的容器;对橘小实蝇生活周期不同阶段的适宜饲养温度、湿度及光照进行了测试;观察了人工饲料饲养下橘小实蝇生物学特性,计算了初代橘小实蝇各种生物学指标。最后,记录下连续5代饲养中一些生物学指标:卵孵化率=76.0%、幼虫存活率=84.1%、平均蛹重=15.22mg、化蛹率=94.7%、羽化率=95.7%。
【Abstract】 Experiments of orthogonal design were uesd to select the optimum artificial diets for B.dorsaiis.A kind of rational prescription of artificial diet of laval B.dorsalis was found in this experiment.And biology speciality was introduced in this paper. Now,results of experiments as follows:1. Prescription of artificial diet of imago B.dorsalis was designed and optimized. Experiment showed that alternative use of prescription A and B was successful to feed imago B.dorsalis, which prescription A is proportion 3:1:20 of Sucrose ,Beer yeast and water supply and prescription B was 5% honey. After feeding by this kind of prescription, imago life-span, quantity on oviposition and rate of hatch of imago B.dorsalis was improved evidently.2. Three experiments of orthogonal design were uesd to select the optimum artificial diets for B.dorsalis. Firstly, Ethyl butanoate and Ammonium bicarbonate were selected from four kinds of material attraction ,which were Benzyl acetic acid, Ethyl benzoate, Ethyl butanoate and Ammonium bicarbonate . The experiment showed that Ethyl butanoate and Ammonium bicarbonate were favourable eating-lured material to B.dorsalis. Secondly, as a kind of best oviposition-lured material to B.dorsalis, Ethyl butanoate was selected from five kinds of material attraction which were syrup, Citric acid, Benzonic acid, Ethyl acetate and Ethyl butanoate. Thirdly, Experiments of orthogonal design selcted and optimized quantity and specific value of four kinds of basic factors. At the same time, interaction among the basis was analyzed and an optimum artificial diets for B.dorsalis was found lastly.3.The breeding method to B.dorsalis and it’s biology speciality was introduced in this part. At one time, the optimum prescription and it’s confect method of artificial diets for laval B.dorsalis was introduced. All kinds of instruments to breed B.dorsalis were selected and different temperature, humidity and illumination were tested. Having continuously Reared 5 generation, the hatch rate ,laval livability,pupation rate,mean pupal weight.pupal reached 75.0%, 84.1%,15.22mg, 94.7%, 95.7% leave each other.
