【摘要】 化学工业是国民经济中的一个品种繁多、流程复杂、多层次、配套性极强的基础产业,化工信息一直以其信息量大、数据结构复杂、用户需求及服务面广而备受信息服务业关注。信息化技术已成为化工企业及时获取信息、融入世界经济,实现生产和管理现代化的一个不可或缺的重要手段。 本文对远程销售管理信息系统与应用于流程型企业的管理信息系统和离散型企业的管理信息系统做了详细的比较,从而突出该远程销售管理信息系统的特色。详细介绍了根据用户使用系统后所反馈的信息对系统进行的优化工作,主要从以下几个方面进行介绍:增加对系统具有决策功能的平均价格考核模块,对查询功能采用了柔性化设计技术,对数据录入增加双录入功能,提高查询速度和完善查询功能,对系统的整体性能进行改进。通过这些优化工作,使系统的整体运行速度明显提高,整体性能大大增强,大大提高了销售部门的工作效率和管理水平,促进了企业整体信息化的建设,并为增加企业的经济效益做出了重大的贡献,使该企业能够适应经营环境的变化,保证了管理内部信息的畅通,使决策层能够及时把握企业的现状,提高了其在国际市场的竞争能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 In national economy, chemical industry is a basic sector with various assortments complex technological process and powerful complete set. Chemical information attracts close attention of information service trades for its large information complicated data structure and widely use in demand and service . Information technology has become a very important way for chemical enterprises to acquire information to get into the world economy and to realize modernization in production and management.The article stresses the feature of remote market management information system by making a detailed comparison among remote market management information system, management information system applied in technological process business management information system in discrete business. It introduces in detail the optimization the feedbacks doing on the system by the customers after they made use of the system. A brief introduction will be presented in the following aspects: increasing average price check module which plays the decisive part on system, adopting design technology to inquire, adding dual recording function to data recording, speeding up inquiring, perfecting inquiring function and improving the overall property of system. Through these steps, the whole running speed of the system will be clearly increased, the overall property will be greatly strengthened, working efficiency and the management level of sale department will be greatly increased, the whole information construction of the enterprise will be promoted and great contribution will be made on the growth of economic performance of the enterprise. It helps the enterprise to adjust to the change of management circumstanceand to guarantee unimpeded internal information management.
