城市交通信号控制系统数据交换标准研究

【摘要】 城市交通信号控制系统对缓解城市交通拥堵、保障交通畅通和维持良好的交通秩序发挥着重要的作用,研究交通信号控制系统的标准化对于交通信号控制系统的建设走向标准化和规范化以及对于智能交通信号控制系统建设与发展、节约建设资金都具有十分重大的意义。目前,在我国引入国外成熟信号控制专用系统实施城市交通信号控制系统的建设中,因协议壁垒,引进的控制系统必须购买特定的上端设备和下端信号机,致使建设实施中难以引入竞争机制,而且建立的系统也缺乏“交互性”和“互换性”。针对这一现实,本论文提出建立我国城市交通信号控制系统数据交换标准,对问题的解决提供一定的理论基础。论文首先在回顾国内外研究现状的基础上,对可扩展标记语言(XML)技术的特点及在交通中的应用进行了研究,提出了基于XML 的交通标记语言的设计原则、设计流程和实施框架。其次,从应用于我国的几个主流国外城市交通信号控制系统的对比分析入手,总结提出了城市交通信号控制中心与外场信号机、交通信号控制中心与其它交通中心的数据交换内容、结构和格式,并对XML 在交通信号控制系统中的适用性进行了分析。紧接着初步建立了我国交通信号控制系统的数据字典的基本结构和格式,为后续要建立的数据交换标准中标签的命名和数据类型定义奠定了基础。然后,依据前述的数据交换标准需求分析和系统的需求趋势,提出了通用的数据交换标准——交通信号控制标记语言(SignalML ver0.1),并研究制定了交通信号控制标记语言的设计原则、设计目标和实现过程。同时,也详细完成了交通信号控制标记语言的总树型框架和子框架的数据结构设计,形成了由基本信息层、设备信息层、配时方案层、检测参数信息层、远程控制层、交叉口评价信息和用户管理层构成的数据交换层次结构。最后借助xmlspy 软件编写了完整的SignalML Schema 结构模型文档,为交通信号控制中心与不同生产厂家的信号机互联、互操作奠定了一定的基础。最后,为验证所建立的交通信号控制标记语言SignalML 的有效性,本文以城市交通信号控制系统的发展趋势为导向,结合Webservice 技术开发了利用互联网进行信号控制交叉口远程控制与信息查询的原型系统(IOLS:intersection on-line system),并结合开发的通信板对系统的部分功能进行了连接调试,初步验证了SignalML 的有效性和合理性。

【Abstract】 Urban traffic signal control system play an important role in solving the traffic jam and guaranteeing traffic unblocked, as well as in keeping good traffic orderliness. Researching standardization and specification of the traffic signal control system is a good solution to system construction, development and saving money in the process of the intelligent traffic signal control system implementing. At present, we had constructed the urban traffic signal control system through introducing foreign proprietary system. We need to buy proprietary center device and field controllers because of protocol bulwark in the course of system construction, these way has caused some problems. First of all, we don’t introduce the competitive mechanism into the system implementing. Furthermore, the system also lacks interoperability and interchangeability. Therefore, the thesis put forward establishing a data exchange standard of the traffic signal control system to solving above mentioned problems in our country. Firstly, this thesis reviewed the previous study all over the world and summarized the characteristics of eXtensible Markup Language. The paper also discussed the XML application in transportation and put forward the design principle, design flow and implementing process of traffic markup language based on XML. Secondly, the paper analyzed several foreign traffic signal control system used in our country and summarized the data exchange content, data structure and data format between traffic control center and field controllers, as well as traffic control center and other traffic center. The paper also analyzed the applicability of XML in traffic signal control system. What’s more, the structure and format of traffic signal control data dictionary was established, it provides the basis of the tag’s name and data type in data exchange standard. Thirdly, in terms of the aforementioned requirements and system’s trend of data exchange standard, the thesis established the general data exchange standard named SignalML ver0.1, which is traffic signal control markup language. Furthermore, the paper discussed the principle and goal of designing SignalML. The whole tree-framework and detailed sub-framework of SignalML, which consisted of basic information layer, device information layer, timing plan layer, detector parameter layer, telnet control layer, intersection MOE layer and user management layer, was designed. The SignalML Schema, which coded using the xmlspy software, provided a basis for interconnecting and interoperability between traffic control center and different type of controller. In the end, according to the trend of urban traffic signal control system and adopting web service technique, the paper developed the intersection online system based on SignalML, then made a test that the system communicated with the communication board in some functions, the test result showed some validities and rationalities of SignalML.
