【摘要】 经济竞争,归根结底是人才的竞争,是人力资源综合素质的竞争。世界各国为抢占经济和科技的制高点,一方面在世界范围内展开了激烈的人才争夺战,另一方面在国内大力实施科教兴国战略。在我国,研究生教育肩负着为现代化建设培养高素质、高层次创造性人才的重任,并将成为国家创新体系和夺取世界知识经济制高点的重要支撑力量。如今,随着研究生教育规模的不断扩大,如何利用有限的资源来培养高素质的研究型人才,是我国研究生教育管理的当务之急。 本文主要分为三个部分: 第一部分,高等院校研究生教育管理的地位与作用。首先简单回顾我国研究生教育的发展历程,其次分析高校研究生教育管理的特点、地位与作用把研究生教育发展置于高等教育、一流大学和社会经济发展等运行环境中来论述研究生教育管理的地位与功能。 第二部分,民族高校研究生教育管理的历史与现状。延边大学自1979年首次招收研究生以来,迄今已走过20多个年头,为祖国各行各业输送了许多优秀人才,取得了显著的成就,同时也积累了丰富的研究生教育管理的经验,为我们今后的工作提供了有益的借鉴,但随着社会的发展、研究生数量的不断增加,也使我校的研究生教育管理在新的形势下产生了许多亟待解决的问题。 第三部分,民族高校研究生教育管理的对策与措施。要在新的形势下不断加强民族高校对研究生的培养,必须转变观念、采用新的人才培养模式,从生源质量、学科建设、导师队伍建设到培养模式等都要有严格的管理措施,从而不断完善民族高校的研究生教育。更多还原

【Abstract】 Economic competition, actually, is determined by talents, which are usually known as labor resources. Being eager to occupy the peak of world economy and scientific technology, great efforts are being made to compete for talents abroad and the stratagem of national revitalizing through science and education is being carried out in each country, in China, graduate education is undertaking important tasks to cultivate the talen;s of high standard and high quality. And it is becoming the main force to construct our country. Today, as graduates education becoming widespread, the key point that confronts its management is to foster the graduate students to be competent to do the research work with limited educational resources.This essay consists of three parts:In Chapter 1, the status and functions of the graduate educationa] management in universities is talked about. First, its history is generally talked about. Then, the features of graduate educational management, policies and tasks of the graduate educational management are analyzed, which are under new circumstances today. The status and function are also restated and summarized here.In Chapter 2, the history and current situation of graduate educationa] management in universities for nationalities are advanced.Taking Yanbian University for example, it has been 20 years since her first enrollment of graduates in 1979. A great many excellent students have been brought up and have achieved outstanding success. Meanwhile, she has gained experiences on the graduate educational management, which also do good to her future work. However, with the development of the society, the number of the graducites is increasing, which leaves us many problems to be solved.In Chapter 3, countermeasures against the problems are raised. For boosting the development of graduate education, we must change our minds and adopt new educational patterns to perfect graduate education in universities for nationalities.更多还原
