457汽车后桥渐开线直齿圆柱齿轮的CAD/CAPP系统设计

【摘要】 随着现代化工业的高速发展,汽车市场日益强化,对产品的功能结构及更新换代周期提出了越来越高的要求。而产品设计则是产品的灵魂,只有采用先进的产品设计手段和方法,逐步推广和应用CAD(计算机辅助设计)及CAPP(计算机辅助工艺过程)技术,不断提高对产品的创新,才能满足社会发展的要求。 本文通过对CAD/CAPP技术的研究,根据渐开线直齿圆柱齿轮设计的基本理论,采用VB语言,在AutoCAD 2004平台上,开发了齿轮CAD/CAPP系统。该系统分为两个子系统:齿轮CAD系统、齿轮CAPP系统。 齿轮CAD系统利用良好的人机界面,通过人机对话,根据设计者输入的设计参数,进行齿轮尺寸设计。同时,设计者可对所得的设计参数进行必要的修正。利用齿轮CAD系统所得的设计参数进行齿轮零件图的绘制。这极大地提高了齿轮设计的质量和效率。另外,在齿轮CAD系统中还设计了齿廓误差计算、齿轮测绘及齿轮国家标准查询等一些具有较大实用价值的模块。 按照直齿圆柱齿轮工艺的设计路线,齿轮CAPP系统分成两个模块:直齿圆柱齿轮零件信息输入模块、工艺参数设计模块。CAPP系统利用零件信息输入模块中的几何信息在AutoCAD 2004中生成齿轮零件的CAD几何模型:然后根据生成的模型及工艺参数设计模块的CAPP功能,计算或判断确定相应的工艺参数;之后生成工艺参数文件;最后打印输出工艺卡片用以指导实际生产。
【Abstract】 With the developing of modernize of industry at top speed,the automobile’s market is getting stronger day by day,so that the function and structure of product and the cycle of the renew and replace of product are forced to getting better.Design is the soul of the product.So that,we must accept the modernize method of design; spread and apply the CAD/CAPP technology;improve the ability of innovation on product to accord with requirement of society’s development.This thesis is based on research about the CAD/CAPP technology.On the basis of basic design theory of spur cylindric gear of involute, the system is developed in VB language on the AutoCAD 2004 platform.This system can be divided into two sub-systems:gear CAD system、 gear CAPP system.According to the design conditions decided by the designer and the inputted parameter,with a good interface of man-machine conversation, the CAD system can do some design of the structure dimension of the gear. At the same time the designed parameter can be corrected when it is necessarily.After that the designed parameter from the system can automatically be transmitted so that the gear fitting parts drawings could be drawn.This may upgrade the designing quality of the gear and the efficiency of the gear drawing.In addition,the CAD system includes some more utility modules,such as module of gear calculation of error of gear profile、 module of gear measurement、 module of looking up nation standard of gear.According to the design route of the spur cylindric gear’s process,this system can be divided into 2 modules :the module of the information inputting of spur cylindric gear part ,the module of the process parameters design.In this system ,the geometry model of spur cylindric gear part can be created according to the information from the module of the information inputting ;then,the process parameters can be calculated or determined based on geometry model and CAPP function;At the same time,the technological documentation for production which will be printed can be created as well so as to direct practice.
