高效不锈钢焊条工艺性能的研究

Study on the Usability of Efficient Stainless Steel Electrode

【摘要】 The utilization of stainless steel electrode has been becoming widespread day by day along with the rapid development of our country’s economy, and the quantity of requirement increases yearly. It is more important and complex to improve the usability of stainless steel electrode than structure steel electrode. Though a great deal of research work has been done in the two decades, the operational properties such as AC arc stability, slag detachability and spatter are not as high as famous brand products abroad. In order to get the usability of stainless steel electrode better, the influence factors—core wires and coating components have been studied in this paper.Based on welding arc physics and metal metallurgical theory, the heated physical property of core has been analyzed. In order to overcome the operational properties getting poor such as electrode rear coating red and crack when welding, the core wire H0Cr13 has been adopted, and the technical plan for alloy transfer is through the common action of core wire and coating ingredients.In according to the different effects of coating components, based on a typical formula, through the initial evaluation experiment for the usability of electrode, the suitable scope for coating components has been fixed.Using the method of measuring the length of arc break, the relation between AC arc stability and coating components of stainless steel electrode has been studied. The mechanism of improving the AC arc stability has been discussed based on the theory and the experiment results. The droplet can be fined, the length of arc break can be increased by adjusting the proportion of fluorite and rutile, the proportion of fluorite and calcite, and the proportion of feldspar, ferrotitanium and rutile.The macroscopic fracture observation and chemical analysis for oxides in slaghave been done. Also the microscopic structure analysis has been done using SEM and chemical composition on the phases has been determined by electron microprobe. The laws, in which the macroscopic fracture appearance of slag, the kinds of oxides, the microscopic structure and the phase composition influence the slag detachability, have been discussed carefully.The test has been done to study the relation between coating components and spatter loss coefficient of stainless steel electrode. The effects of coating components and their mutual actions on the slag detachability have been analyzed. The laws, in which the change of the total silicate, the total CaCC>3 and MgCC>3 influence the spatter loss coefficient, have been summarized.
