圆筒型直线电机模型建立及其动态温度场研究

【摘要】 近年来,随着直线运动领域的增多,直线电机日益受到人们的重视。直线电机研究开发很快,其结构设计、控制理论和电机原理等方面都有了很大的进展,并已应用到国民经济的多个领域,很多机械的直线运动均由直线电机完成。它是一种很有发展前途的新型电机。随着容量不断上升及应用场合的特殊性,它的发热问题日益突出。因此,准确地计算其发热为设计和控制直线电机提供了必要的理论依据。本文所介绍的圆筒型直线感应电动机常用于短行程,往复运动的场合。随着电机的发热,电机材料的导热系数随温度变化,在电机中,材料的种类多,有些部位的导热系数还呈现各向异性。本文从直线电机的基本原理出发,在圆筒型直线电机的结构基础上,设计了一套直线电机的测温系统。根据电机的工作状态,提出了圆筒型直线感应电动机动态温度场的计算模型,并且详细讨论了电机材料的导热系数、容积比以及散热系数的选取。在此基础上,从传热学的基本理论出发,将时步网络拓扑法应用到圆筒型直线感应电动机动态温度场的计算中,并且构造出了时步网络拓扑法的通用计算格式。最后,介绍了网络拓扑法方程组的解法以及温度场等温线的绘制方法。采用ANSYS 分析软件进行工程模拟,得到了圆筒型直线感应电动机初级槽部的等温线分布情况。仿真结果表明该模型效果良好,为今后在这一领域的进一步研究提供了一定的基础。
【Abstract】 With resent years’expension of the realm of linear movement,linear motor has gradual attention.At a tremendous speed of the linear motor researching,by which many mechanical linear movements are achieved,people have made great progress in structural designing,controlling theory and motor fundamentals,applied to other fields in national economy.It is becoming a promising type of new motor.Under the circumstance of its rising capacity and practical peculiarity,the problem of heat generating comes to be obvious.As a result,the accurate calculation of the heat generated can provide necessary theoritical evidence to design and controlling of linear motors. The CLM introduced in this passage is often used on the occasions of short distance and repeated movements.In the process of heat generating,motor material’s coefficient of thermal conductivity changes with temperature and ,due to the variety of materials, coefficient of thermal conductivity in some parts of the motor appears to be anisotropism.Based on the basis fundamentals and structures of CLM.I designed a set of temperature measuring system.In the light of the working statue.I proposed a model of DTF of the CLM and thoroughly researched to make a preference of coefficient of thermal conductivity,specific heat and coefficient of heat transfer of motor materials.Furthermore,according to the basic fundamentals of heat transfer,I made use of time-stepping NTM to calculate DTF of CLM and form a general ime-stepping NTM calculation formulation.Lastly,I introduced the solution to NTM formula and the method of sketching temperature curve of thermal field.Simulating the project by using ANSYS analytical software,I acquired the distribution of CLM elementary trough temperature curve.The results proved that this model worked efficiently,which would provide theoretical basis to the further development of this realm.
