基于Fluent的合理沉没度仿真系统研究

【摘要】 对于以机采方法生产原油的油田,降低抽油机能耗,提高整个抽油机井系统效率是降低原油成本的很重要的途径,而实现这一途径的最直接最有效的办法是合理设置沉没度。但是,在现场实际采油过程中各油田根据区块值来设置沉没度的,其中大多数是不合理的。这不仅浪费能源,甚至会使抽油设备不能正常工作。因此,如何把沉没度控制在合理的范围内是迫切需要解决的问题。 本文针对这一问题,主要是从流体力学的角度来进一步分析沉没度与泵效之间的关系,运用先进的CFD商用软件Fluent6.1和编程软件Borland C++ Builder仿真抽油泵抽油的工作过程,建立沉没度和泵效之间关系的数学模型、供采平衡之间关系的数学模型和不同参数组合下的系统效率的数学模型。并开发出便于现场人员操作的合理沉没度的诊断系统,来确定不同物理条件下单井的合理沉没度。 该系统的完成实现了如何确定在实际开采过程中的合理沉没度,对单井参数进行优化。根据单井的月报库资料,该系统可以给出单井的合理沉没度和该沉没度所对应的产量、泵效、系统效率,使抽油设备稳定运行,保证抽油设备在正常工作条件下获得最大产量和最高经济效益。从而达到合理抽汲参数的设置,提高系统效率,降低能耗的目的。

【Abstract】 In the oil field with the sucker-rod pumping system, it is the important ways of reducing crude oil’s cost to reduce the energy consumption of pumping unit and improve the system efficiency of pumping unit. It is the most available means to realize these ways to set up reasonable submergence depth. But submergence depth is given according to oilfield zones in every oil field, most of which is unreasonable. This not only wastes energy sources, but also runs the equipment of pumping unit under abnormal condition. So it is an urgent problem to be solved that submergence depth is controlled under reasonable range.Aiming at the problem in this article, the relation is analyzed between the pumping efficiency and the submergence depth in terms of hydrodynamics, the simulation of the oil well pump’s working process is developed by the software of Fluent6.1 and Borland C++ Builder. The article creates the mathematical model of the relation between the pumping efficiency and the submergence depth, the balance of output and input, the system efficiency and the submergence depth with the different parameters. The diagnostic system of single well’s submergence depth is developed, which is easily operated by on-the-spot personnel and the single well’s submergence depth can be confirmed under different physical conditions.The completion of this system will realize how to confirm reasonable submergence depth in the oil extraction, and optimize the parameter of single well. According to the monthly database of the single well, this system can provide the reasonable submergence depth of single well, work out the output, pump efficiency and system efficiency of this submergence depth. Thus make the equipment of pumping unit run steadily, set up the reasonable swabbing parameter, improve systematic efficiency, reduce energy consumption, make the equipment obtain the largest output and the highest economic benefits under thenormal condition.
