【摘要】 动态联盟和分布式虚拟制造是两项新兴的技术,它们各自的发展为制造业带来了相当大的经济效益。但从基于网络资源和环境协同的一致性方面,综合利用这两项技术来开展产品设计的研究还没有进行。本文的主要工作是在对产品设计的现状和发展趋势进行分析的基础上,在动态联盟和分布式虚拟制造中寻求一种新的产品设计方法。根据TQCSE 的原则,建立了一套适用于该方法的产品设计体系结构,利用不同企业的资源和信息方面的优势,组建动态联盟,实现了分布式虚拟制造环境下产品设计过程。本文利用VRML 的适于网上传输和浏览三维模型的功能,实现产品设计的建模问题。由VRML 建立简单模型,其它专业造型工具建模转换为VRML 格式建立复杂模型。同时,比较深入地探讨了如何利用Java 的网络编程能力和VRML 的接口技术,来实现模型的运动控制,并以Java Applet 窗口方式显示要控制的参数。最后,由于动态联盟是基于网络环境的,结合HTML、ASP、VRML、Java 等技术,初步构建了产品设计的虚拟环境。采用网页制作工具Dreamweaver 制作系统主界面,利用ASP 与Access数据库技术,完成登录用户的安全管理及数据的存取。使不同的动态联盟企业通过Internet Explorer 就可以浏览产品设计的结果,以便及时修改和做出决策,完成产品的设计过程。该系统具有良好的稳定性和友好的交互界面,提高了产品设计的效率,节约成本,减少开发周期,为生产实际服务。更多还原

【Abstract】 Dynamic alliance and distributed virtual manufacturing are two emerging technology.Their development brings considerable economical benefits to the manufacturing industry. However,the research on making use of two item has not been realized yet from the consistency based on coordination of the network.So this paper analyses the current situation and development trend of the product design method and seeks a product design method between dynamic alliance and distributed virtual manufacture. According to the principle of TQCSE,this paper sets up a suitable system structure of product design,utilizes the advantages of the resource and information of different enterprises,establish dynamic alliance,realizes product design process under distributed virtual manufacturing environment. The product design method adopts the functions of VRML,which is suitable for three-dimensional figure transmission and browsing,realizes product design modeling problem.Using VRML setting simple model and other professional modeling tool changing to VRML setting complicated model. At the same time,this paper relatively deeply discusses how to use Java’s netwok programming capability and VRML’s interface technology realize the model moving control,displays the control parameters as Java Applet window method.Finally,because the dynamic alliance is based on netwok environment,this paper basically sets up the virtual environment of product design together with HTML、ASP、VRML、Java technology. Adopting the dreamweaver webpage making tool makes system main interface,Using ASP and Access database finish logging user’s security management and data’s accessing.So as to make different dynamic alliance enterprise browsing product design results through Internet Explorer make decision in time , finish the product design process.This system has good stability and excellent interactive interface,improve the product design efficiency, economize the cost,reduce development period,serve for the real service.更多还原
