机电产品可靠性及寿命数据分析

【摘要】 可靠性是机电产品的重要质量指标,本文依据机电产品的特点详细介绍了可靠性试验、可靠性特征量、寿命分布类型和失效分析等可靠性理论,为信息管理系统和寿命数据解析系统的开发提供理论基础。其中以机电产品的可靠性试验为重点,它不仅是寿命数据解析软件的数据来源,而且为验证软件的可靠性提供理论依据。可靠性信息管理系统容纳了出厂产品信息、现场失效产品信息、可靠性试验信息以及可靠性试验的失效产品信息,并提供了对以上四种信息的录入、查询、打印和失效信息的导出文件功能,同时能够进行机电产品的失效模式和效应分析;寿命数据解析系统在初步数理统计方法的基础上,完成对一组寿命数据的线性化分析处理和参数估计,软件提供了指数分布、正态分布、对数正态分布、极大值渐进I 型分布、极小值渐进I 型分布和威布尔分布共6 种分布类型的线性化分析和线性拟合。以上两个系统为制定可靠性方案、进行数据对比和分析提供了有效的辅助工具。可靠性信息管理系统采用C++ BUILDER 6 作为前台开发工具,ACCESS 为后台数据库,力求简便实用。寿命数据解析系统主体采用C++ BUILDER 的MDI 框架,窗体的设计上结合VCL 控件技术,窗体之间采用消息传递机制。由于软件在开发上结合国内可靠性现状,实践证明,能够满足国内进行可靠性分析的要求。

【Abstract】 Reliability is one of the most important indexes of Mechanics-Electrics products, Reliable test, reliability characteristic amount, life-span data distributed type and error analysis are included in this paper according to the characters of Mechanics-Electrics products. They provide the theory foundation to the development of reliability ministry information system and the lift-span data analysis system. The reliable test is the most important, because it not only is the data source of the lift-span data analysis system, but provides the theory standard for testing the software. The reliability management information system contains four kinds of information, such as products information, real time invalid products information, reliable test information and reliable test invalid products information. The system can input, query, print them and export the invalid information, also can do the failure mode and error analysis on them. The lift-span data analysis system accomplishes the linearization processing and parameters estimation to a group of data on the basis of primary math statistics method. The software provides six distributed types to analyze like Index, Normal, Log normal, Maximum I type, Minimum I type, Weibull. Both the systems can aid the reliable plan, data analysis and comparison. The reliability management information system uses C++ BUILDER 6 to develop the program and ACCESS as the database, simple ness and usefulness is the only standard. The lift-span data analysis system uses the structure of MDI, VCL components are used in the designation of the forms, and the communication between the forms is according to the message transmission mechanism. Because the combination of the now states in our country, both systems can satisfy the demand of the reliability practically.
