【摘要】 党的建设密切联系党的政治路线是党的建设必须遵循的一条基本原则。党的“八大”以来,我们党在密切联系政治路线进行自身建设的过程中,有过成功的经验,也有过失败的教训。正确认识社会主义时期密切联系政治路线进行党的建设的历史,从中总结出历史经验教训,一方面可以丰富党的建设学说宝库,另一方面也可以为新时期党的建设提供借鉴,确保党在社会主义初级阶段基本路线和全面建设小康社会奋斗目标的实现。文章共分为三部分:引言、正文和结语。引言主要概述党的政治路线与党的建设的关系,并阐述研究这一问题的理论意义和现实意义。正文由四章组成。第一、二、三章分别就十年探索时期、“文化大革命”时期、改革开放新时期党的政治路线和党的建设的状况进行分析比较,相继得出三个结论:政治路线正确,但党的建设违背了党的政治路线,党的建设和党领导的事业因而遭受损失;政治路线错误,党的建设密切联系党的政治路线,党的建设和党领导的事业同样遭受损失;党的政治路线正确,党的建设也密切联系了党的政治路线,党的建设和党领导的事业就取得了伟大的胜利。第四章对党的“八大”以来密切联系党的政治路线进行党的建设的历史经验进行系统的理论总结,并对新形势下如何密切联系党在社会主义初级阶段的基本路线进行党的建设进行思考。结语概括探讨这一问题的过程与写作思路,指出对这一问题的探讨是一个不断发展的过程。更多还原

【Abstract】 It’s a fundamental principle that party-construction should be along with party’s political route. We had been successful and fail on the problem from the eighth CPC Congress. Understanding the history of party construction along with party’s political route in socialism period correctly and drawing lessons from it have some active effects. On one hand, they can enrich the party-construction doctrine, on the other hand, they can provide experience for today’s party-construction, and guarantee the realization of the socialism primary period fundamental route and the better-off society. The thesis consists of three parts: introduction, body and conclusion. The introduction mainly summarizes the relationship between party’s political route and party-construction and elaborates on the theoretical and realistic significance. The body consists of four chapters. The first、second and third ones analyze the states of party’s political route and party-construction in ten-year probation period, “the Great Proletarian Culture Revolutionary”period and Reform and Opening period separately in succession. Then from it, we get three conclusions, i.e, when party’s political route is right, but party-construction is in contrary to it, party-construction and the course under the leadership of the CPC will lose. When party’s political route is wrong although party-construction goes on with party’s political route, party-construction and the course under the leadership of the CPC will also lose. Only if the political route is right, and party-construction goes on with party’s political that party-construction and the course under the leadership of the CPC will be successful. The fourth makes a theoretical conclusion about the historical experience which be got from the history of party-construction along with party’s political route from the eighth CPC congress. Meanwhile, it provides some advice for the party-construction in new period. Then, the conclusion summarizes the process of study and writing conception, and points out it is a ever-lasting process to study the problem.更多还原
