世界遗产海洋项目价值体现及其发展趋势研究

【摘要】 世界遗产将自然环境和人为环境共同作为保护对象,是目前世界上最全面、最有影响力的保护体系,已经得到全世界广泛关注和重视。世界遗产保护的是全球的自然、文化遗产项目,但是就目前而言,对世界遗产中海洋项目的重视程度还不够。海洋是地球生命的起源地,是地球上极其重要的生态系统,对全球的环境具有举足轻重的作用;海洋也是人类文化的源头之一,代表着人类重要的文化类型。无论从自然环境或是文化意义上讲,海洋对人类而言都是极其重要的,海洋的重要性应在《世界遗产名录》中得到体现。随着世界遗产发展得到越来越多的重视,海洋项目在遗产申报中的地位将越来越重要。令人遗憾的是,在已列入《遗产名录》的中国项目中竟没有一项海洋项目,国内对海洋项目也未开展专门研究,这种状况亟待改变。 本文通过对目前已有的世界遗产海洋项目进行分析,挖掘其所具有的文化价值、自然价值,阐述世界文化遗产海洋项目中体现的人类海洋文化特色,以及海洋文化产生、发展、演变的历史,揭示世界文化遗产海洋项目对于记录人类文化的重要性;通过对自然遗产海洋项目体现出海洋自然环境特殊性,记录地球历史重要性的阐述,反映自然遗产海洋项目记录地球面貌、地球历史的重要性,进一步提出世界遗产中海洋文化和自然价值的内在一致性、同一性。通过对目前已存在的世界遗产海洋项目进行总结、分析,寻找世界遗产发展中的不足,指出世界遗产海洋项目未来在地域和类型方面发展的潜力方向,并在此基础上提出两个潜在项目。 随着《凯恩斯决定》的修改,可以预见日后世界遗产申报活动中海洋项目尤其是自然遗产海洋项目的重要性会得到更大体现。本文希望能成为国内有关世界遗产研究的补充,为中国涉及海洋的遗产项目申报及研究提供最基础的初步研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 World Heritage is the most important and successful protect system in whole world, for it is the only system which protects the nature environment and culture heritage together. World Heritage represents the uppermost values of mankind and nature, so people pay more attention to it. The achievements it has got are very great in latest 30 years. The items in World Heritage list are not the environment and culture of land but of ocean, but the items of ocean are on the side place currently.Life comes from ocean. Ocean is the most important ecosystem in earth, which takes great influence on world environment, so it cannot be neglected. As one of the culture type, ocean culture is one headstream of whole mankind culture, showing people’s history and creativity. Considering the value whether of entironment or culture, ocean is very important to people, the importance should be shown in World Heritage list. With more people being cognizant of the value of World Heritage and the importance of ocean entironment and culture, more and more items about ocean is being get into World Heritage list. It is so sorry that there is not even one item about ocean in World Heritage list of China, no research on them. It is hard time to change this condition.This paper digs the value of ocean entironment and culture, by analyzing the items about ocean in World Heritage list. It expatiates the characteristic of ocean culture, the process that ocean culture generating, developing and evolving shown by the items about ocean in the list. It also reveals how important that the items memorize the people’s culture. The nature items about ocean show the particularity of oceanic entironment and the note of earth evolvement history. The paper expounds the importance that the items represent earth physiognomy and note earth history. The paper also concludes that the value of entironment and culture is syncretic. On the base of analysis of the items about ocean in Word Heritage list, the paper points out the direction that World Heritage should take in order to get better development and more success in future. Taking the Kula system of South Pacific Ocean and Dongsha-Muddy shore in Jiangsu China as examples, the paper also thinks items in World Heritage list should cover with more areas and include more heritage types.With the passing of ’Cairns Decision’, it is the trend that more items about ocean especial the nature items about ocean will be get into World Heritage list, the importance of the items about ocean in World Heritage will be more distinct. So this paper’s aim is becoming the complement to the research on World Heritage, as the abecedarian and simple research on World Heritage about ocean in China.更多还原
