我国家族企业文化建设研究

【摘要】 家族企业是目前世界各国最具普遍意义的企业类型。改革开放20多年来,我国家族企业的发展呈现出极其旺盛的生命力,但与此同时我们也不难发现,我国家族企业的平均寿命很短,许多家族企业昙花一现,难以逃脱倒闭的厄运。究其原因是多方面的,其中很关键的一个原因就是家族企业没有突破传统家文化对企业发展的束缚而建立起一个适应时代发展要求的创新企业文化。面对世界经济全球化发展的新形势,家族企业的经营环境正发生巨大变化,在机遇和挑战面前,如何使我国的家族企业长盛不衰,保持基业长青,培育和增强家族企业的核心竞争力是当务之急,而企业文化作为核心竞争力的重要组成部分,在企业发展中发挥着至关重要的作用。因此,积极探讨构建适应时代发展要求的家族企业文化,对家族企业的发展壮大具有十分重要的理论和现实意义。本文结合我国家族企业的发展,深入研究了我国家族企业的文化本质,对我国家族企业文化的特征及优、劣势进行了客观分析,并在此基础上提出了重构我国家族企业文化的实质及具体措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Family-controlled enterprise is a universal enterprise type all over the world. In the recent 20 years after China’s reform and open policy, the family-controlled enterprises in china have assumed exuberant vitality. In the meantime, however, it is not difficult for us to find that these enterprises are always short-lived and go bankrupt after brief prosperity. There are many reasons for it and the core reason is that these family-controlled enterprises haven’t managed to get rid of the fetter of the traditional family culture and failed to construct an innovative new enterprise culture to fit in with the development of the times. In the situation of world economic globalization, the management environment of family-controlled enterprises is undergoing tremendous change. Faced with chances as well as challenges, it is urgent for the family-controlled enterprises to seek how to maintain long-term prosperity and vigor by cultivating and enhancing their core competitiveness. While enterprise culture, as an important part of core competitiveness, plays a fundamental and critical role in the enterprise development. Therefore, the study of constructing a new enterprise culture to meet the needs of social development is of great theoretical an practical significance. This paper carries out a thorough study into the cultural essence of China’s family-controlled enterprises in the light of their development, objectively analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of such an enterprise culture and further probe into the nature of reconstructing family-controlled enterprise culture and finally suggests the specific measures to adapt this reconstructing process.更多还原
