【摘要】 经济全球化和区域经济一体化的趋势日益加快,对于区域的重要组成部分——城市而言,采取更为开放的发展政策,积极参与区域内城市间的竞争与合作,才能获得更多的发展机遇。 本文首先对以政区为基础的区域经济一体化理论进行归纳,探讨政区经济一体化发展理论的内容、机制和作用。其次,以长江三角洲范围内地区矛盾最为突出的锡澄地区为例,从区位论的角度分析目前的现状。第三,结合理论分析,在合理的制度框架下提出锡澄地区联动发展的方案。 本文得出的主要结论如下: 第一,交通设施的改善、区域经济的发展,是推动锡澄地区一体化的主要力量,由于锡澄高速公路的修建,锡澄已不符合区域双核结构的存在条件,而是以无锡为核心的单核型空间结构类型。 第二,从空间结构形态看,锡澄地区属于以无锡市为主核心、江阴为次核心的总体上为单核型,且功能上存在互补性的一个完整的地域单元。 第三,通过定量方法对锡澄地区与周边地区经济关系的分析,锡澄一体化发展无论是对无锡、还是江阴而言其未来周边经济发展环境宽松,并且有利于长三角核心地区的经济发展空间结构优化,是地方经济发展与区域发展最佳的契合点。 第四,未来锡澄地区联动发展主要从基础设施、产业构建、空间布局和政策制度等四方面展开。更多还原

【Abstract】 The trends of economic globalization and integration of regional economics are accelerated day by day, an important component to the area is Cities. They must adopt the more opened development policies, participate in the competition and cooperation among the cities in the area actively, and they could obtain more opportunities for development.This paper sums up to the theory of integration of regional economy based on the administrative division, probe into the content, mechanism and function of the economic developing by integration theory. Secondly, taking the Xi-Cheng area which the most outstanding contradiction in the Changjiang Delta as the example, the paper analyses the current situation in terms of the location theory. Third, combine theory analyse in reasonable system put forward the scheme of the Xi-Cheng area development cooperatively.Main conclusions that this text has out are as follows:(1)At first, the improvement of traffic facilities and the development of the regional economy promote the integrated process in the Xi-Cheng area. Because the construction of the Xi-Cheng highway, it has not accorded with the existence condition of a double-nuclear structure. The Xi-Cheng area appears the single nuclear space structure -taking Wu-xi as the core and Jiang-yin as the vice-core. Wu-xi and Jiang-yin exist the mutualistic association in the economic function.(2)This paper analyses the Xi-Cheng area and its peripheral regional economy relation through the quantitative method. The integration of regional economy in the Xi-Cheng area will be benefit to Wu-xi and Jiang-yin, and to be helpful to optimize the space structure in the Changjiang delta, to be the best joint of the local economic development between the regional development.(3)The integrated process in the Xi-Cheng area will be deployed in the four aspects as follows which are the construction of infrastructure, industry, arrangement of space and policy in the future.更多还原
