我国图书出版产业资本运营的风险规避研究

【摘要】 在资本全球化的背景下,我国图书出版产业要想发展壮大,必须进行资本运营,这不仅是我国图书出版产业自身改革与发展的需要,更是我国图书出版产业应对世界出版产业竞争、打造出版强国的战略需要。然而,任何领域的资本运营都是具有风险的,图书出版产业也绝不例外。因为涉及到国家的政治、文化安全,图书出版产业与一般经济产业相比,往往存在更多的复杂性与不确定性,这就意味着该领域的资本运营面临更多的风险。图书出版产业无论是作为经济产业,还是作为政治、文化、宣传的阵地,都具有十分重要的地位,为保证该产业健康、快速、稳定的发展,必须对该领域的资本运营进行风险规避。 本文从图书出版单位的角度,主要研究资本运营所面临的风险以及对该风险的规避问题。本文分为四章:第一章主要对图书出版产业的涵义及特性、资本运营的必要性、风险的概念及类型等问题作深入的分析;第二章对图书出版产业资本运营的历史与现状作详细的阐述;第三章对资本运营的风险作详细的分类和深入的分析,其中包括观念风险分析、信息风险分析、财务风险分析、扩张风险分析、整合风险分析、政策风险分析、体制风险分析、金融风险分析、市场风险分析、产业风险分析;第四章对上述风险提出规避的办法、策略、建议等,以期通过对它们的分析,给我国图书出版单位安全有效的资本运营带来启发。更多还原

【Abstract】 If the books publishing industry of our country want to develop fully, it must carry out the capital operation under the great background of the capital globalization, which is the requirement of the books publishing industry development and reform, also the strategic requirement for the books publishing industry to meet with world challenge and grow into a strong books publishing country. However, the capital operation in any field all has risk, and the books publishing industry is no exception. Furthermore the complexity and uncertainty of the industry itself will make the field of the capital operation become confronted with more risks than other economy industries. The books publishing industry ranks an important position in our country as an economic industry and a media platform for politics, culture and propaganda. Thus, the risks of the capital operation in this field must be evaded, so that the development of the important industry can be healthy and steady.This thesis mainly studies the problems of the risks the capital operation have to evade in terms of the capital operator. This thesis is divided into four chapters: chapter one mainly makes brief statement on the concept of the capital and the capital operation and on the necessity and risks of the capital operation; Chapter two studies the history of the capital operation and it’ s current situation; Chapter three studies the risks from the objective and subjective aspects, including the analysis of the idea risk, the information risk, the financial risk, the expanding risk, the combining risk, the policy risk, the system risk, financial risk, the market risk and industry risk; Chapter four studies the methods to evade the corresponding risk on the basis of the chapter three. Through the analysis of the evading methods, an inspiration to expect can be given the issue of the evading risk on the capital operation of the books publish industry in our country.更多还原
