新时期媒体角色转型研究

【摘要】 我们所生活的这个社会需要其中的政治,经济,文化(包括新闻舆论)的发展形成相互协调,共生共荣的良性关系。传媒角色的变迁往往印刻着政治观念、文化思潮和传播理念等嬗变的痕迹。步入新世纪以后,一系列影响着中国媒体发展的客观因素,以及传统媒体在报道理念和角色定位方面所暴露出的弱点,都在促使中国媒体在角色和功能上的逐步完善和调整。而我们党在十六大报告中明确所提出的建设社会主义政治文明的重要目标,以及以胡锦涛为总书记的党中央对新闻体制改革所提出的一系列鼓舞人心的新思路,无疑都是媒体重审角色定位,开展新闻体制改革的大好契机。如何最大限度地保障公民知情权的实现,尽快完成从单一的“新闻宣传员”向多功能的“社会守望者”角色的转变是我国新闻改革的重要内涵;同时,媒体在向社会提供环境守望的同时,如何协调社会利益,为人们提供多元化的公共话语平台,整合社会资源,维护社会稳定,兼顾社会各阶层的利益,尽可能地扩大群众基础,形成全体人民和谐相处的社会,是新闻改革的主要方向。本文正是基于中国媒体的这样一种改革良机和发展趋势,从媒体角色转型的社会现实基础入手,在梳理和思考媒体角色转型的主要内涵和方向的前提下,结合实际并兼顾主客观因素,从法律保障,政府支持和媒体自身等多个层面,对新时期媒体角色转型这一问题谈几点看法,并希望为正在进行的新闻体制改革提供一些理论支撑。更多还原

【Abstract】 The society that we live needs the coordination of politics , economy and the culture (including news public opinion ). The change of the media role often marks the transmutations of political idea, culture ideological trend and communication theory etc. Stepping into the new century followed with great significance society transition, our party has clearly put forward the important goal on building socialist political civilization in the 16th National Congress report and a series of inspiring new idea of the central government speeds the system reform of the journalism. Under such background, the media must cherish the great opportunity of the system reform, change progressively in the social role and erase the weaknesses exposed in the traditional report.Based on the reform trend of the media, the thesis gives consideration to some factors, including the media analysis, the government support and the law assurance, discusses the role alteration of the media and expresses the theoretical thinking of the media system reform .更多还原
