【摘要】 智能住宅是具有适应性、预测性的智能系统,其实现目标是将家庭中各种与信息有关的通讯设备、家用电器和家庭保安装置通过家庭总线技术连接到一个家庭智能化系统上,进行集中的或异地的监视、控制和管理家庭事务,并保持这些家庭设施与住宅环境的协调。可见,若是一个功能完善的智能住宅,其功能应该是非常强大的,但是,这样的智能住宅还处于研究阶段。目前,国内外虽然存在一些智能化程度较高的住宅,但是这些住宅只是一些奢侈品,并不适合普通大众的需求。为了实现既具有智能化的功能,又适合普通大众消费水平的智能住宅,本论文设计了一种低成本,低功耗的智能住宅监控系统。 该设计是应用微型控制器(单片机)技术、模糊控制技术和多机通讯技术实现的一个低成本,低功耗的智能住宅监控系统。用来完成家居住宅环境的监控,例如对室内温度,湿度,煤气等的检测和对温湿度的控制。基于智能住宅系统的灵活性和实用性,该系统有四种模式可供用户选择。正是由于该系统可以用价格低廉的智能传感器代替价格高昂的智能控制器,从而使低成本成为可能。为了实现低功耗设计,该设计所采用的

【Abstract】 Intelligent residence is the intelligent system that has adaptability and forecast ,its fulfilling goal is to connect the devices related with information with a family intelligent system by the family bus technology ,such as the communication devices、 the household electric appliances and the household safe devices in order to monitor control and administer family affair centralizing or remotely and maintain coordination between these household devices and the residence environment .So, as a intelligent residence with complete function, its function should be very powerful, but this type residence is situated in the research stage .In the present, there are some intelligent residences in the home and foreign, but these all are very expensive so that it can’t be adaptable to mass’ requisition .In order to realize the intelligent residence with the intelligent function and adapting the mass’ requisition, this paper designs a low cost, low power intelligent residence monitor system.This design is a low cost and low power consumptionintelligent residential supervisory system that applies the mini control technology、 vague control technology and multi-machine communication technical to realize. Used for the monitor of household residential residence environment, for instance, the detection of indoor temperature、 humidity and gas. Based on the flexibility and practicality of intelligent residential system, this system has 4 kinds of pattern for user option. Because this system can replace the intelligent controller of high price with the intelligent sensor of cheap price, it makes low cost become possible. To realize the design of low power consumption, all hardware parts adopted by this design all are low power consumption, and adopt the software design thought of low power consumption.Finally, the article make experiment and provide hardware circuit picture of the experiment installation, PCB board picture and provide typical experiment introduction and progress reality. It is showed that the design is correct and feasible according to make experiments.Because resident circumstance is a big delay, nonlinear, multi-input and multi-output system, so it is impossible to build an accurate math model and it is difficult to get satisfying effect using common control algorithm. The device use fuzzy control algorithm and make a research on the control algorithm.
