极近距煤层采煤工艺特点及可靠性分析

【摘要】 目前,我国矿山在极近距煤层开采过程中,下部煤层开采时,顶板遭受损伤,工作面及巷道顶板易于出现冒顶、漏顶现象,严重时造成支架埋压;工作面漏风严重,易形成安全隐患;工作面煤质坚硬时,由于工作面移动支撑压力较小,煤壁完整性较好,造成采煤机切割困难,大大降低了工作面生产系统可靠性,制约着矿井的经济效益及回采率的提高。采煤生产系统的可靠性与安全性亟待解决。 在这种背景下,本文结合煤矿实际对极近距煤层下部煤层工作面的采煤工艺特点和系统可靠性进行了研究,主要展开了以下工作: 1、从定性与定量的角度出发,分析极近距煤层的概念,总结极近距煤层条件下,下层煤开采的特点,提出具体的技术保障措施。 2、根据极近距煤层条件下综采工作面采煤工艺系统的特点,针对系统各环节可修复特性,基于马尔柯夫随机过程理论,提出了系统的功能层次结构和逻辑结

【Abstract】 Today during the mining process in contiguous seams, there are many factors leading to hidden danger, such as: the top board being tortured during the exploitation of the lower seam; the boards of the face and lanes prone to be collapsed and leak which may even cause the curbing collapsing; the serious air leak in mining face. When coal is hard, the moving pressure of the face is small and the coal wall is integrate, which make it difficult for the excavating machine to work and thus decrease the reliability of the face exploiting system and restrain increase of the economic profits and reminding chances. Consequently, there is urgent need for the improvement of the reliability and safety in mining system.As a result, this paper, with the study of cases, researches into the mining technical features and reliability in the lower face of the contiguous seam and focuses on the following points.1. With quantitative and qualitative analysis of the concept of the contiguous seam, the technical protecting measures are proposed.2. According to the features of the fully—mechanized face system in contiguous seam and repairableness in each link of thesystem, the stratum structure of reliability of the functioning system and logical structure model are established and the arithmetic structure model is given. Based on the repairable feature of each link in the system and Markov Processing Theory, reliability analysis of the mining technical system is carried out.3. To the case of 8423 mining face and 8425 mining face at Sitai mine in Datong, with close observation, the basic data of reliability standards is observed and the detailed measures for improving the weak links in the mining technical system is proposed.4. Based on the theory and principles of the reliability distribution of the system, in the method of comparably destroyable reliability ditribution of links, the reliable degree of each link in the mining technical system in the face is redistributed in combination with two distribition methods of reliability and the data of 8423 mining face.
